Hey,
This is Kayma and welcome to today's solar plexus chakra balancing meditation.
Let's get comfy and magnify our personal power and self-confidence.
When you've settled in,
Take a deep slow breath in through the nose.
Then let something go out through the mouth.
And again,
Just like that,
Taking a long slow deep breath in through the nose.
And letting something go out through the mouth.
Just beginning to breathe into your natural breath cycle.
Focusing the inhales and the exhales.
Just settling into your space.
Today's meditation is all about the self,
Self-confidence,
Personal power,
Motivation.
So we'll start with the pranayama breathing practice called breath of fire.
Taking passive inhales in and more forceful exhales out through the nose.
Sounding a little bit like this.
And you're going to want to feel this in your abdomen.
So sharp exhales out,
Contracting the abdomen in.
And the inhale will come naturally in between these sharp exhales.
So beginning when you're ready,
Just taking a few moments of breath of fire to activate this solar plexus center located above the navel.
Beginning now.
Continuing to take sharp exhales and passive inhales.
Going as fast as feels comfortable for you.
You can even take a hand to this place right above the navel and continuing to breathe this way,
Breath of fire.
And as you're ready,
Taking a deep inhale in through the nose.
Holding at the top.
Then exhaling out through the mouth.
Letting the shoulders relax.
Letting the body settle in.
Just noticing how it feels.
Maybe you feel a surge of energy.
A rush.
A tingling sensation.
Just noticing where you are in this moment.
The element of the solar plexus center is fire.
Also tuning into this space.
Listen for a few moments.
Starting to imagine a flame in the belly or a ball of yellow light.
Just noticing it flickering here in the belly space,
Radiating,
Generating heat,
Power,
Brilliance.
Noticing that with every inhale,
This space grows,
This fire expands.
With mindful awareness to this space,
The fire gets bigger and bigger.
This is your personal power.
Noticing how big it can grow.
Allowing a heat to generate from this place and truly radiate throughout your body.
Maybe you can even hear the flicker or the roar of the burning fire.
Just tuning in to your personal power.
This is your emotional pure.

And as you're ready beginning to introduce the affirmation,
I am confident.
Inhaling the words,
I am.
And exhaling the word,
Confident.
And allowing this affirmation to gently and silently repeat itself in your mind.

And slowly starting to let that affirmation go,
Coming back to the natural cycle of your breath.
Noticing every inhale.
Noticing every exhale.
Slowly starting to deepen your breath.
Allowing this confidence,
This power to radiate through your body.
Feeling the space that you take up in this world in the best ways.
Honoring yourself.
Starting to take some gentle movements,
Maybe some circles in the torso.
Maybe just moving the spine.
Allowing the shoulders to roll,
The fingers and toes to wiggle.
And as you're ready,
Slowly starting to open your eyes.
