Hey this is Kima and welcome to today's sacral chakra balancing meditation.
Let's get comfy and magnify our flow of creativity and passion.
When you've settled in,
Take a slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And again,
A slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Just letting something go.
As you're ready,
Starting to close down the eyes if that feels comfortable for you.
And tuning in to this sacral center of the body.
This region is right below the navel associated with life,
Creativity,
Passion and sensuality.
This is our place of flow.
So beginning with some pranayama or breathing,
We'll start with infinity breath.
So simply starting to breathe normally through your nose and out through your nose,
In through your nose and out through your nose.
And as you inhale and exhale,
Sinking your breathing with the shape of an infinity symbol.
Just painting this in your mind with your breath.
Creating the curves of this symbol with every inhale and every exhale.
Allowing your breath to sync up with the infinite cycle of this symbol.
Meaning you might not get to the base of your inhale and exhale.
The pauses between the in-breath and the out-breath will be eliminated.
This is infinity breath.
Just continuing to breathe in this way.
Coming into your sacral center,
It might even help to put a hand here to the region below your belly button.
Or just simply tuning in with your mind.
Just noticing this space,
You can even create an infinity symbol here with your mind.
Just imagining a flow running through this space.
The element associated with this space is water.
So tuning into that flow,
That life-giving substance.
Starting to gently introduce the affirmation,
I am creative.
I am creative.
On your inhale the words I am and on your exhale the word creative.
And allowing this affirmation to silently repeat itself in your mind.
Even stringing the words together in the infinity symbol.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
I am creative.
Gently beginning to let this affirmation go.
Just coming back to the natural flow of your breath.
Noticing every inhale and every exhale.
Noticing how there may be a new sense of flow.
Maybe something shifted in you.
Allowing yourself to slowly start to deepen your breath.
Maybe taking some wrist circles.
Wiggling the fingers and the toes.
Even circulating the torso or the hips to physically move this space as you come back into the room.
And as you're ready slowly starting to open your eyes.
