Welcome to today's session.

Try to find a comfortable position and slowly allow your body and mind to relax and begin to turn your attention inward.

Notice how you're feeling right now mentally and physically Without trying to change anything,

Simply take note of how your body feels and then take note of how your mind feels.

Simply scan your body now,

Looking for areas of tension.

Where is your body the most tense?

Notice now where your body is the most relaxed.

See that these areas of relaxation are slowly getting larger.

Now turn your awareness to your breathing.

Simply notice your breath without making any effort to change it.

Imagine breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension.

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each breath.

Now focus on those areas of tension in your body and imagine directing your breath to these areas.

Feel the breath drawing in relaxation and as you exhale,

Imagine the tension just draining away.

Allow your breathing to relax your body.

Feel your body and mind becoming relaxed,

Calm and peaceful.

And now I invite you to imagine that you're walking along a path,

Entering a green forest and you enter the forest walking along this path.

You notice the wild grass and trees on both sides.

Birds are singing off in the distance.

It's a beautiful sunny day.

The air is pleasant and warm.

And there's a slight breeze,

Making it even more comfortable.

You feel the sun shining down on you,

Warming and relaxing your body.

So you take a deep breath,

Enjoying the fresh air and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and out.

Continue to breathe the fresh,

Clean air.

The path curves up ahead,

Continuing deeper into the beautiful forest.

As you continue along the path,

You admire the scene around you.

You notice the trees near the path.

Their bark is smooth and brown with small,

Round leaves.

Further back from the path,

You notice the trees get larger and they're all different shades of green.

Colorful wildflowers grow in the grass.

And as you round a curve in the path,

You can see up ahead a clearing and you notice that it's a pond.

And you see that the path continues up to the water.

And as you walk towards the water,

The sun shines down,

The birds sing,

A breeze blows.

It's so peaceful here,

Such a beautiful day,

And you feel very content.

And so you continue towards the pond and you notice that there's reeds growing in the grass near the water,

And getting closer to the water,

You notice that the surface is smooth and there's small ripples.

And you start to feel calmed by the soothing,

Still water,

And so you go over to it.

And as you step slowly into the water,

You notice that it's the perfect temperature for you.

You immerse yourself in the warmth,

And as you lie in the healing waters,

They wash over you.

And they soothe your body,

And soothe your feelings,

And any pains or tightness melts away.

And it's a wonderful place to be,

Any sadness or hurts inside your body just disappear and melt away.

So that all the goodness and all the health and all the joy that you deserve now washes over you.
