What if the thing blocking your dreams isn't your mind,

But it's your body?

It's your nervous system.

Have you ever wanted something so deeply in your life,

But the moment you started walking toward it or you got close to it,

Your body and your nervous system went into fight or flight or started freaking out?

This,

When it happens,

Is your body trying to protect you from something,

Even when you're not in danger anymore.

Because your body,

What's happening is it thinks that what you want is dangerous.

But with somatic healing,

We can change this.
