Try to go from a turbulent ocean,
Crashing waves,
To a calm,
Serene lake.
Imagine peaceful dragonflies buzzing on top of the water,
The sun lightly glistening.
A peaceful,
Serene environment where nature is respected.
The peace flourishes.
This is your mind.
As you continue to breathe,
Expand your mind.
Expand the peace within your mind.
You may struggle with this a little bit.
That's okay.
As you continue to build,
Start to notice.
As you prepare,
Meditation affects you.
You don't need to be afraid of it.
Those who fear their mind simply misunderstand themselves.
Cared for and cherish the peace of your mind.
Call to you,
And because you love yourself,
You will answer it.
As you've calmed your mind,
As you focus on your breathing,
As you have grounded yourself in your custom-made reality,
Give thanks.

Be thankful for this moment.
