Hello my friend.

Thank you for allowing me to join you today.

Today we're going to build up your resilience.

Let's begin by remembering that you are already very resilient.

You've come so far and gone through things that others couldn't dream of.

You have gone against the grain and have tried and failed more times than others have even imagined.

You have succeeded more times than others expected,

So make no mistake,

You are very resilient already.

I am here today to help remind you of how strong you are.

I am here to sharpen you and in doing so,

Breathe breath life into your lungs so that you can get the well deserved rest that you need.

Let's begin by closing our eyes,

Laying down in a comfortable position or sitting with good posture with our shoulders rolled back.

Take a moment to focus on your breathing.

Let's center your thoughts only on your breathing or as best as you can.

Next we're going to take some deep breaths,

Breathing from our belly not our chest.

And we're going to breathe in for four seconds and breathe out for seven seconds or as far as we can.

Try not to hurt yourself.

Let's begin.

Breathe in for four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Out for seven,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

And in for four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And out for seven,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

And relax.

Breathe normally.

Your mind should be getting clearer and more centered onto my voice and onto your breathing.

Now that we've centered ourselves,

I want you from a place of gratitude,

Remembering every good thing in your day,

Remembering all the physical abilities you have,

Remembering that you have your lens or your eyes or your hearing if you're listening to this.

I want you to remember the voice of someone you love,

Whether it be your children,

Your mother or father,

Someone you love,

A friend.

And I want you to remember how much you love them.

And I want you to understand that they love you just as much,

Maybe even more.

You bring a value to their life that you couldn't possibly imagine,

And they look up to you every day.

Now I want you to imagine from their eyes how they should see your accomplishments,

How they would see everything you've done up until now.

And I want you in their eyes to see the difficulties you've just come up against.

I want you through their eyes to comfort yourself.

What would you say to yourself?

Would you be so hard on yourself as you are now?

Would you have more understanding?

If the person you love were going through this,

Would you be so hard on them?

Or would you tell them how strong they are,

How much they mean to you?

All the other accomplishments they have,

Would you remind them of what they've gotten through before,

What they've gotten you through?

So that is what we're going to do for you.

I want you to think before this disappointment,

What was the last big accomplishment you had?

What was the last big achievement that no one thought you could get,

But you got it anyway?

What was that dream that you've been chasing,

And you've chased it more than anyone else in your friend group,

Your social circle,

Or your family?

You've chased it,

And you've gotten farther than anyone.

I want you to remember that dream.

Remember that no one in your life can say you didn't try as hard as you could.

You worked like a machine.

You did not make excuses.

Excuses were for other people,

But you put the time in.

And you've had disappointments before.

After you put all of that time in,

You still have failure.

But that was okay,

Because you knew that you could stand up again,

And win,

And you did.

And I'm proud of you.

If no one else has told you that they are proud of you,

Let me be the first.

But I assure you,

My friend,

Be the last.

Build up your character.

You deserve the peace that you're working for.

You deserve that dream that is in your heart.

It was sent to you from on high.

That means it's yours.

It may not get there in the time that we like,

In the time that's convenient.

But as long as we have breath and life,

That dream is ours.

And I know for sure that you will get your dream.

Because you don't quit.

You haven't quit yet.

And life has never quit on you.

The most high has never quit on you.

Don't quit on him.

Life is just building you into a better main character.

You're gonna have a wonderful story.

But for right now,

You have to feel the fire.

And it doesn't burn that hot when you look at it.

It's just there to mold you into a sharper blade.

You're already the sharpest,

That's going to make you even sharper.

You're going to be legendary.

I know it may not feel that way.

But you are looked up to.

People wish they could even do 10% of what you've done.

Don't give up on yourself now.

Build your heart.

Be proud.

You deserve it.

Sure,

Reflection isn't fun.

Think about what went wrong.

Be honest about what was in your control.

And be even more honest about what you couldn't control at all.

Often we forget that.

It's in life's time.

It's in the Father's time.

But let that fire mold you.

It wasn't meant to kill you.

And you are inspiring so many people around you.

You have no idea the eyes that are on you.

My friend,

My hero,

I'm so proud of you.

As we draw to a close,

I want you to again center yourself on your breathing.

We're going to take three deep breaths as we close.

Same as before.

Are you ready?

We're going in for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out for seven,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

In for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out for seven,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Last one in for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And out for seven,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Good job,

My friend.

You sat with your thoughts.

You've made new conclusions and you've grown.

You're sharper than you were before this meditation.

You have more tools now,

More power now than you did fifteen minutes ago.

Look how great you are.

I'm so proud of you.

Now,

In your own time,

Start to feel your touch.

Start to be aware of the clothes on your back,

Of the textures around you.

Allow my voice to bring your perception to the rest of the room.

Allow my voice to bring your perception down into your body.

And then open your eyes on your own time,

Slowly letting the light get in.

Slowly preparing to step in your new body,

Your new powerful self.

Good luck,

My friend.

I'm here if you need me.

May the blessings of the Father and the eyes of the universe carry through this world.

May the storm guide you.

Amen.
