Hello my friend.

Welcome to a healing meditation.

This section is going to focus on helping you to not feel as much physical discomfort or emotionally struggle or psychologically distress as possible.

We're going to start off the session with some breathing exercises to focus on your breath.

Let's begin by inhaling for seven seconds and then holding for four seconds.

And then exhale for four seconds.

Don't push yourself too hard.

Do what feels comfortable for you.

We begin inhaling for seven seconds.

Then hold.

Three,

Four.

Exhale for four.

Very good.

Once more.

Inhale for seven seconds.

Hold.

Exhale for four.

Inhale for seven seconds.

Hold.

Exhale for four.

Inhale for seven seconds.

Hold.

Exhale for four.

Now breathe naturally.

Focus on your breath.

Focus on how comfortable you feel now compared to when you started.

Focus on any pleasurable responses or physiological reactions to your deep breathing that are good and pleasant.

Be sure to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

If you need to use the restroom or grab some water or have a snack,

Be sure to do that.

Don't be afraid to pause the meditation to make yourself feel as comfortable as possible.

In fact,

I would encourage you,

If you are feeling hungry,

Please go and grab a meal or a snack.

Anything to remove those hugs or pangs you're feeling.

Or if you prefer just to have some water,

Fill up on some water,

Hydrate your body.

It takes roughly between five and twenty-five minutes for your body to fully absorb water.

So if you start now,

The hydration will make you feel much more pleasant.

When we're dehydrated,

The meniscus that helps clear fluid from our brain ends up being absorbed by the body.

That causes more headaches and body pains in the central nervous system.

Be sure to hydrate yourself and feed yourself and use the restroom to get rid of as many pain pathways as possible.

Feel free to pause now and take care of any of those outstanding issues.

Go away.

If you don't feel the need to step away or if you've just returned,

Just focus on our breathing once more.

Prepare yourself for some deep breathing.

We're going to start with inhalation for seven seconds,

Holding for four seconds,

And then exhaling for four seconds.

And we're going to do that about four times.

Then we're going to take a break.

And then we're going to do some box breathing.

So four seconds breathing in,

Four seconds holding,

Four seconds breathing out.

And we're going to continue with that about four times.

And then we'll get into a mindful experience.

So if you're ready,

Let's begin.

We start by breathing in for seven seconds.

Hold for four seconds.

Breathe out for four seconds.

Once more,

Breathe in for seven seconds.

Hold for four seconds.

Breathe out for four seconds.

Three,

Four.

Once more,

Breathe in for seven seconds.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out for four.

Last,

You're doing great.

Breathe in for seven seconds.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out for four.

You're doing amazing.

I'm so proud of you.

Breathe normally.

Focus on the sound of your breath.

The cool air filling your bronchioles,

Expanding your lungs.

Be sure when you're breathing to breathe from your belly to absorb as much oxygen as possible.

Don't breathe from your chest as it's practiced.

Now that we've had a short break,

We'll start with some box breathing.

So,

Just a reminder,

That's going to be in for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for four.

Now we're going to do that about four times.

Or until you feel comfortable,

Don't stress yourself too much.

So we begin in for four.

Hold for four,

Three,

Exhale for four.

Once again,

In for four.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Exhale for four.

Once again,

Breathe in for four.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale for four.

Last time,

Breathe in for four.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Exhale for four.

Blessings and peace.

You're doing so well.

I'm so very proud of you,

My friend.

Take some time to breathe naturally.

Focus on the feeling of your breath.

Focus on breathing slow.

Try to hold and breathe out more than you breathe in.

Try to keep your heart rate calm and slow.

As much as feels comfortable for you.

Take a moment to reflect on positive things in the world that you love.

Take a moment to think about things like the sea and the sunrise or sunset,

Whichever you prefer.

Think of that romantic vacation you took.

Or that wonderful barbecue your family had.

Or that time the teacher praised you.

Or when you first got your vet.

When you first got a gold star in school.

When you came home and your parents had your favorite fast food.

Or made your favorite meal.

Or your sibling went to a park with you and had fun.

Or family member visited you.

Any beautiful,

Peaceful thought.

Feel free to dwell on them and let your mind drift from positive thought to positive thought.

If negative thoughts do arise,

Just let them sit there for a moment.

Don't let them bring you anxiety.

They're just following the through traffic like all the other thoughts.

Let them fade away next to the line of positive thought.

A time you went to Disney World or on a rollercoaster or saw your favorite movie.

One of the most amazing dates of your life.

Your wedding day.

Baby shower.

We're only focusing on positive thoughts.

Because deep down we are positive people.

We are all we have tried to convince you.

That you spew out only negativity as a person.

They may try to convince you that all humans deep down are not so good.

This is a lie.

As people we can give so much beauty to the world.

We can save each other.

We can save our planet.

We can save every animal and every tree.

Many of us,

The majority,

Have beautiful dreams of saving this world.

But the illusion that is evil keeps entire populations in a rut.

They make us all feel stressed when we don't need to be.

Angry when there's nothing to be upset about.

They make us feel lonely when really we are at peace.

But we don't know it yet.

So when we feel these stresses,

Our mind echoes that into our body.

And pain that we could otherwise ignore.

Like the feeling of the clothes on our back after a while.

Because we are stressed.

Because we are anxious.

Because every pain we feel to be amplified.

The stress that this world wants to put on you is quite a trivial shocker.

And the key is within yourself.

You just need permission to unlock the change.

Focus on things that you can do.

Focus on ways to be kind and loving.

Fight back against the illusion of an evil world.

Not only will that create more good people by proxies.

But the more you do it,

And the more positive you are,

And the more positivity you put into your mind,

While letting the negative thoughts just pass by.

The healthier you will be as your mind echoes these healing vibrations down into your body.

Down through the fascia.

Down into the bones.

Between the marrow.

And into your spirit.

Imagine that pathway of positive thoughts becoming a positive energy.

And your positive energy feeding creation of all of existence.

Because all of existence really is good.

And what the world would convince you of is that it's not.

But listen to my voice,

Friend.

Good people in this world are here.

You are one of these people.

You have nothing but light and goodness within.

I give you permission to think positive thoughts.

I give you permission to not think about stress.

The universe will set you on the right path.

Creation has your back.

Although the world will keep you in an illusion that says you have no chance,

That tries to terrify you.

When in reality,

Every day you've arrived,

And you've had clothes,

And you've been able to drink water,

Creation wants you here and it wants you thriving.

To do what only you can do.

You have a purpose.

You have a dream that will sent to you from on high.

Because only you can do it.

I give you permission to chase that dream.

I give you permission to ignore the pain.

Because that pain isn't really pain.

The real pain is being in the presence of your own making for the rest of the life.

Never being allowed to free yourself from the shadows.

Allow yourself to be free.

This pain means nothing.

This pain isn't signaling anything important.

Your neurons are just firing for multiple reasons.

You can ignore them.

Send endorphins out.

Practice deep breathing from your belly.

Think of the pleasant office.

Your children.

The sunrise or sunset.

Your favorite love song.

Your favorite anime.

The movie that inspired you to chase your dream.

The book that brightened up your day.

The sunflower fields that used to play in.

The sakura blossoms.

The cattails swaying in the wind.

Your dog tearing up a newspaper on the floor.

Your baby crying saying they want some junk food from the grocery store.

You laughing and taking pictures.

Talking about how spoiled they are.

You have permission to focus on the good and the light that's worth it.

Because that's all that's real.

And that's all that matters.

And obviously since we're focusing on that which is good.

That means you're allowed to focus on the good that you can do.

Without comparing to anyone else.

What good can you do?

Maybe you can volunteer if you're comfortable with that.

Maybe you can call people you know are struggling if it will burden your mind.

Maybe you can order some emergency blankets online.

Some sanitary pads and products.

And give them out to people who are homeless or struggling in your community.

Maybe you can buy some groceries or get someone's dogs some treats.

Send someone a breath take card.

Unexpectedly donate to an organization that you know the background of.

That you know how they support the people who they say they support.

It doesn't really matter how you do it.

If you have good in your heart and you decide that you want to help people in the way that you know best.

And you want to try and bring good into the world.

You do that.

Because only you can do it your way.

If you want to learn a skill.

You do that.

That's a better use of your time.

If you want to better your knowledge of history or activism.

Or society at large.

Or if you want to go back to school.

All of these things are paths in your future that you can take.

You are not limited in any way.

Though the world would try and trick you to say that you are.

If you seek.

The doors will be open.

Focus on the results instead of the struggle.

Ignore the struggle.

Like the clothes off your back.

I will always be there.

But so will the joy.

And the peace.

And the sunlight.

We can be so busy focusing on the darkness.

That we forget that we have a sun.

Protect your soul.

The darkness isn't a darkness like you,

Hancock.

Let it be your rest.

Not your enemy.

Protect your happiness and your joy.

Protect your dreams.

Not everyone is going to understand why you want to do what you want to do.

But that's for you,

Not them.

As long as you aren't hurting me.

As long as you are giving light into this world.

You chase the dream.

It doesn't matter how complex or simple it is.

You chase your dream.

Or if you just want to find the dream.

You have my permission to not have one right now.

And just walk through this world giving out peace and love.

Maybe that was your purpose after all.

In the last few minutes.

Let's try grounding ourselves again.

Let's do some deep breathing from our bodies.

We're going to breathe in for a second.

And then four more.

Let's begin.

In for substance.

Out for four.
