Welcome back to another peaceful night of meditation and prayer.

As always,

We're here to help focus your mind on the positive,

On the blessings,

On the hope in your life.

Start by getting yourself into a comfortable position.

If it's safe to do so,

Close your eyes.

Start your deep breathing.

Four seconds in,

Hold for four seconds,

And four seconds out.

Do this as you pray with me during this session as you pray and meditate.

I'll try not to interrupt you,

But I'll just suggest some thoughts,

Some ideas,

Some concepts and blessings for you to put forward to the most high,

Out to the universe,

For your peace of mind,

For your growth,

To help you develop,

Make sense of things,

Make sense of the world,

Make sense of your circumstances.

I want you to think of a random act of kindness that was done to you this week.

How did that make you feel?

Do you think that that random act was worthy of your thanks?

Have you spent time to really appreciate it?

Have you spent time to be thankful,

To pray for the people or person who did that for you?

It doesn't matter if it's a big thing or a little thing.

Did you appreciate it?

Zone in on that for a moment.

Did it warm your heart?

Did it bring you peace?

Or did it just make your existence a little bit more convenient?

Receive that blessing graciously.

Think of something that you've done for another person.

Do you think that that action was good enough,

Worthy of thanks?

It doesn't matter if you received it or not.

Do you feel that what you did was a worthy action?

Take a moment and be thankful that you could be a tool of blessing in this world.

That you provided the seed of happiness that will flower in that person.

That you've allowed them to experience and taste better this earth by just being you.

Just being kind.

You had a choice and you chose love.

Focus on this for a moment.

What did it feel like to sit and choose love?

It doesn't matter if it was a big thing or a little task.

You showed love that is reality.

And you can choose that reality every day.

As you rest every night,

Are you thinking of the blessings?

The good that is happening to you and that you're providing to others.

When you rest your head in prayer,

In meditation,

In silent reflection.

Is your thought content full of love and peace?

Are you neurotypical?

Can you control your thoughts?

Or neurodivergent?

And your thoughts tend to escape you and have their own agenda.

Either way,

Filling your reality with love and peace will be of benefit to you.

Especially if your thoughts tend to escape you.

The more you fill your mind up with love and peace,

The more your thoughts will dwell on love and peace.

The more you're thankful for every blessing that comes across your way.

The more that will be your default as you daydream.

The more you choose to act in love and be thankful for the opportunity to act in love.

You will feel worthy of love.

Your time of prayer and meditation to refill your cup with peace,

With blessings,

With appreciation.

Give thanks.

Forgive.

Live in peace.

Choose love.

Thank you.
