I'll just explain those of you who are new to my work.
And I'll just explain those of you who are new to the sessions too.
Maybe you've already done so,
But that when you've prepared a space for yourself to lie down,
Because we lie down to meditate.
So it's really nice just to say hello from on screen or just have to have your face showing at the beginning.
Okay.
So as you lie down,
Like you first do,
Imagine that there's a really deep welcome.
How about there was just this really wide and deep welcome.
As though the earth underneath you was offering up warm,
Wide hands of unconditional welcome for you to rest back into land.
Into.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
And taking three or four out breaths that wash down through the front of your body.
Each breath,
Each out breath washing through the front of your body.
Bringing you into where you are now.
Breathing,
Letting go.
All that we could allow our attention to rest.
Rest inside the rhythm of your breath.
A rhythm that unravels itself.
From somewhere way back.
Just being aware that if the mind has come in and is somehow directing a rhythm,
Somehow we have some kind of expectation of a correctness.
And letting that go.
Just noticing.
And dropping even wider back.
So the idea of a rhythm doesn't even belong to us.
Not of our mind.
Of our knowing.
But it might be something from way out wide and from way back deep.
From a vastness rather than from this self.
And it has a sweetness and a joy.
As it trickles in.
As we stay curious.
And that actually it's something always here.
Of us.
Us of it.
Connects us to this wide-ness that we are,
This vastness that we are.
Every cell of our body jumping for joy.
And somehow maybe something of this sweetness trickling in.
And widening out like some clear,
Calm,
Wide water.
Or horizon.
Or sky.
And what might happen through your backbone?
What might happen deep in belly?
What might happen through your heart?
And through wide mind.
Of this clear,
Calm horizon.
Water.
And sky.
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
And what might happen deep in belly?
Of our heart.
Everything welcome.
And what might happen deep in belly?
And if there is for you today a sense of busy,
Pulling your breath,
Or any sense of anxiety,
What's alive for you if something is quite busy.
And down through soft legs,
Into your feet,
And into soft folds of your feet.
Where too could be this rhythm.
This unknown.
Not vast from way back wide.
But cells are.
Being breathed in the soft folds of your feet.
Calm,
Wide,
Tranquil water,
Sky,
Horizon.
Being in the lower body in this way.
And doing,
Bringing in those elements of being grounded.
Where we're on ground.
Where we're at.
I just want to say I love your thoughts,
And this,
But you you you you you you and if there's any tendency that you know of yourself to to freeze or to stop a freedom of your breath somehow if there's some tendency to get stuck somewhere and bringing your awareness to the feet or to your fingertips or to the belly and imagining trillions of cells there in their softness,
Their liquidity and as though a few cells in your belly or a few cells in your fingertips or your feet as though you could make tiny micro movements with the fingers,
With the feet,
In the belly these cells making tiny micro movements and just that sense of something fluid and soft back through into the body soft and warm body slow and fluid response and so something else might happen some sweet and fluid movements,
Breath trickling through like some warm light stream of life stream you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you may all beings be peace you
