Navigating Divorce can be stressful and overwhelming. And I know from personal experience that it is also an opportunity for transition, growth, and transformation. I created this meditation to give you some mindful space for YOU. In this meditation, I will guide you through a gentle somatic practice to release any stress and tension you are holding within your body, you will align your nervous system with relaxation through intentional breathing, and we close with setting an intention for the day.
