Welcome to your Julie Luan healing meditation to create a calm,

Peaceful place for you to slip into.

In this place your soul and your body will regenerate and rejuvenate so that when you wake up you'll feel vital,

Alive and feeling in high spirits.

With this meditation you'll be able to feel secure in the place you go when you're unconscious or asleep.

You need to use this meditation just before going to sleep.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra.

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs,

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it and gently release through your mouth.

All the way out so that there's no air left in your lungs.

No need to rush.

Just let it out gently.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra.

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs,

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it and gently release through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

That's it.

Let it all go.

All the way out.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra.

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs,

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it and gently release through your mouth,

Letting go of any residual tension in your body.

That's it.

Let it all go.

All the way out.

Breathing normally now,

I want you to imagine,

Or if you can't imagine,

Feel that you are walking along a dirt path in the country.

You are dissociated from the image of you.

This means a part of you is watching the rest of you walking along the path.

As you look closely,

You will notice that there are threads and ribbons,

Maybe even young trees or mature trees,

Attached to your body.

These are the connections that you have made with people throughout the day,

Or possibly even a lifetime.

Every thought or physical interaction with another person makes a connection to your energy bodies.

For the deepest rejuvenating and regenerating healing to occur during your unconsciousness or sleep periods,

It's useful to remove all connections to your energy bodies.

It's now time to remove these threads,

Ribbons or trees.

Whatever you see or feel is connected to you.

You can cut them,

Pull them out,

Burn them,

Do what intuitively comes to you.

As you continue to walk along the path,

You'll notice that the image of you is starting to fade.

This is good,

But you'll also notice that the connections are becoming more subtle.

Remove these subtle connections too.

You are now almost completely faded as you walk along the path.

And now as you lift your eyes and look into the distance,

You'll see a tunnel filled with golden light.

Now that you've felt or seen this light,

Your almost faded body is pulled quickly into the light,

And this is where you will rest.

Your energy body has completely dissolved in this golden light,

And you are now resting in the divine embrace of the God Source.

You will be kept safe and protected.

Your soul will rejuvenate and regenerate.

Your body will rejuvenate and regenerate.

And when you wake up,

You will feel clear,

Refreshed and present in your body.

Rest well.

Be well.

You're safe and protected,

Resting in God's embrace.

I have listened to this meditation practice at least three times at bedtime before realizing I rarely got beyond the first few minutes before falling asleep. I've now listened again whilst wide awake and just practicing mindfulness, and I love your calm voice, the gentle background music and nature sounds. Totally relaxed and happy just "being" ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ I have booked marked your meditation and will definitely be listening to it on a regular basis. It suits me perfectly - thank you so much for sharing.
