Welcome to your Julie Luan healing meditation for energy sensitivity.
With this meditation you will become aware that you are vibrating energy.
By the end of the meditation you will know how to enhance this sensitivity when you want to and dull it down when you don't want to be feeling this all over your body,
Particularly when you are quiet and want to go to sleep.
I want you to be comfortable.
You can be sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes.
I want you to take a deep breath in through the bottom of your spine,
Drawing that breath all the way up to the top of your lungs.
Hold it and gently release all the way out.
Take another deep breath in through the base of your spine,
Drawing that breath all the way up through your abdomen,
Chest to the top of your lungs.
Hold it and gently release all the way out.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in,
Drawing it all the way up through the bottom of your spine up to the top of your lungs.
Hold it and gently release all the way out.
Moving normally now.
I want you to imagine,
Or if you can't,
Feel that you are a tiny speck of light and you've come to rest on your left hand.
Put all of your concentration into that speck of light.
If you can't imagine this,
Be conscious of your next breath in.
And when you breathe out,
Use your out breath to travel all the way down to your left hand and be that speck of light.
Now I want you to imagine that you feel like you are a large light in the Sahara desert.
You don't have a body,
But you have it knowing that you are there.
Be very still for a moment.
Scent your energy in the bubble of light.
And as the light consciousness that you are,
Start to look around you.
When you first arrived in the desert,
It looked as though nothing could possibly be alive in this desolate place.
It was apparently still.
Now that you have become still yourself,
You begin to notice that there are creatures in the sand moving around.
In fact,
There is movement all around you.
Everything moves.
Because we are all vibration.
Even the desert.
Even the earth.
When you become very still in yourself,
You become aware of the continued movement around you.
This is how nature must be.
You can be very aware of the movement by being fully present in that space.
Which makes you aware of the creatures.
And you can reduce your sensitivity to movement by expanding your awareness out of this.
Losing your sense of being small and concentrating on one place.
It's important to remember how to be focused and sensitive to vibration.
But when you want to be relieved of this sensitivity for a time.
Particularly when you want to sleep.
Lose your awareness out to the ends of the universe.
Travel along the invisible threads that draw you to the ends of the universe.
Knowing that you will be completely safe as you journey outwards.
You never ever lose connection to the core of your being.
Do it now.
Journey to the ends of the universe.
You are perfectly safe.
You will be able to rest your energy along that journey.
You will be relieved of your sensitivity that you are vibration.
And at even in the apparent stillness and silence of your being.
You are a minute creature.
Moving upon you.
And with you.
As you exist in the universe.
You have the power to be conscious.
At whatever level you want to be conscious.
Drift freely now in time and space.
Allow your body to drop any tension or anxiety.
You are floating.
You are floating.
Free.
That's the more thing that you are.
All tension is now left behind.
All anxiety is dissolved.
You are peaceful.
Clear.
