In this meditation you will be connecting with your higher self.
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a deep breath in,

Hold it and gently release all the way out,

Drawing that breath all the way up,

Hold it and gently release,
Letting go of all the tension in your body.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Drawing that breath all the way up,

Up to the top of your shoulders.
Hold it and gently release all the way out,
Out,

Letting go of any residual tension and dropping into a deeply relaxed state.

Breathing normally now,
Let's begin the journey to meeting your higher self.
You will meet your higher self through your subconscious.
So let's find your subconscious.
I want you to imagine or feel or know that you are journeying deep within your inner world.
That's it.
Beautiful.

Deep within.

Now you may see or feel or know or hear different things along this journey of going deep within.
Beautiful.
That's it.
And now I want you to be aware of sounds or movements.
You may even see in front of you is a beautiful dwelling.
Now this dwelling may be a mansion.
It may be a cottage.
It may be a regular house.
This house or cottage or mansion will feel familiar to you.
You'll feel this sense of coming home.
You'll have a knowing you are in the right place.
And as you move closer to this house,
You will start to see or feel or know or hear the features.
Does it have a high roof?
Does it have sparkling windows?
Does it have a big door or a small door?
Take note of the features of your home.
This dwelling is your home.
It is your subconscious.
And we are looking or feeling or knowing or hearing your subconscious.
Consciously.
I now want you to move closer and closer to your home.
The place of your subconscious.
And you are going to go inside.
You can just think yourself there.
You can walk yourself there.
Be inside of the home of your subconscious.
As it is within this home of your subconscious,
You will meet or know or feel or hear your higher self.
If you aren't already inside of your home,
Be there now.
That's it.
Become familiar with the smell,
With the feeling,
With the knowing.
And the seeing and the hearing of your home.
Go from room to room.
That's it.
You may find that there's a different energy in every room.
I'm going to leave you now for five minutes to journey within your home,
Your subconscious,
And invite your higher self to present itself to you.
Now you may see your higher self.
You may have that knowing.
You may hear your higher self speaking to you.
You may feel the presence of your higher self.
And before I leave you,
Know that your higher self is the highest point that your soul has journeyed,
Gathering wisdom,
Gaining higher perspectives to assist you in this human life that you have chosen at this time.

Becoming more integrated back into your physical form.

You may feel tingling in your fingers and toes,
Down your limbs.
As you fully integrate back into your body.

And then open your eyes and come all the way back into the room.
