
Chakra Magic Meditation

If you feel like you can't face the world and you wawnt to crawl under the bed covers, curl up and sleep for days, this meditation will refill your energy reservoir and bring you back into harmony and have you feeling vital and full of life.

Welcome to your Julie Luan healing meditation for chakra balance.
With this meditation you will balance your seven major chakras and this will leave you feeling centered and ready to tackle anything.
I've found that the best time to do this meditation is if you are feeling disconnected from your life or you don't feel like facing the world or you feel depressed and out of sorts.
The indicator for me when I need this meditation is if I just want to roll over in bed and not get out.
So before getting out of bed I do this meditation.
But before we get started with this chakra meditation I want you to understand the difference between spontaneous visualization and creator visualization which we'll be using in this meditation.
Now spontaneous visualization occurs when your visualization seems to just pop into your mind.
You don't do anything specific to make this happen.
It just seems to happen like you're watching a movie for the first time.
Now creative visualization occurs when you deliberately want to change something in the movie that you're watching.
That is you want to make something specific happen.
For example you might want to change the color or shape of an object or you may even want to add an extra person into your visualization.
So now that we've got that clear what I want you to do is make yourself comfortable.
You can be sitting or lying down and close your eyes.
To begin you're going to take three deep long breaths.
Instead of breathing in normally where your stomach goes out on the in-breath and in on the out-breath you're going to breathe through your nose but also imagine that you're drawing that breath through your base chakra as well and you'll be tightening your abdomen and drawing that breath up through your stomach and chest all the way to the top of your shoulders.
So let's start.
Take a deep breath in through the base chakra drawing that breath all the way up up up up to the top of your shoulders.
Hold it and gently release all the way out out out.
Take another deep breath in through the base chakra drawing that breath all the way up up up up to the top of your shoulders.
Hold it and gently release all the way out out out.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in through the base chakra drawing that breath all the way up up up up to the top of your shoulders.
Hold it and gently release all the way out out out.
Breathing normally now.
I want you to imagine an image of your body and if you can't imagine I want you to remember an image of your body in a mirror and as you're looking at this image of yourself I want you to spontaneously visualize the seven main chakras appearing on this image of your body.
I don't want you to do anything with them right now I just want you to observe them and what you'll observe is that near the base of your spine there's a red chakra and then the next one will appear about halfway between your navel and the base chakra and this one is orange and the third chakra is just above your navel or belly button and this one is yellow and the fourth chakra will appear over the heart area and this one is green and the fifth chakra will appear in the throat area and this one is blue.
The sixth chakra will appear on your forehead and this one is purple and the seventh and the last chakra will appear on the crown of your head and this one is violet.
So now that you've observed where all of your chakras should be we're going to creatively balance them and we'll start at the bottom with the red chakra and this is the one at the base of your spine.
Now your chakra should look like a funnel and where it meets your body it should be about five centimeters or two inches in diameter coming out about 30 centimeters or 12 inches in depth and it should be about 30 centimeters or 12 inches wide at the top.
Now if your chakra doesn't appear like this it's smaller or wider or larger I want you to creatively correct its size.
Now your chakra should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment I want you to creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line not to the left and not to the right.
And the chakra needs to spin at a medium speed.
If it's too fast I want you to creatively slow it down.
And if it's too slow I want you to creatively speed it up.
Now you're going to need to experiment with this and work out what medium speed means for you and you'll know intuitively when it is right.
So now that you've got your chakra spinning at a medium speed you need to make sure that it is clear light.
If it's milky I want you to creatively make it clear.
You now have a chakra that's spinning at medium speed and it's clear and it's in the center of your frontal line and it's the shape of the funnel that we described earlier.
Now we move up to the orange chakra and this is the one that's halfway between the base of your spine and your navel.
Where your chakra is sitting it needs to look like a funnel and if it doesn't appear like a funnel that is it smaller or larger or wider I want you to creatively make it the correct size.
Just like I've described to you.
5 centimeters or 2 inches in diameter at the base of the chakra and 30 centimeters or 12 inches deep and 30 centimeters or 12 inches wide at the top.
It should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment I want you to creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line.
Your chakra needs to spin at a medium speed.
If it's too fast creatively slow it down.
If it's too slow creatively speed it up.
The texture of your chakra,
The color needs to be clear.
If it's milky creatively make it clear.
Now we'll move on to the yellow chakra.
This is the one just above your navel.
Your chakra should look like a funnel and if it doesn't appear like this creatively make it the correct size.
It should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment creatively move it into alignment so that it's in the center of your frontal line.
The chakra needs to be spinning at a medium speed.
If it's too fast slow it down.
If it's too slow creatively speed it up.
And the texture of the color of your chakra needs to be clear.
If it appears milky creatively make it clear.
We'll now move into your green chakra and this one sits over your heart.
Your chakra should look like a funnel.
If it doesn't I want you to creatively make it appear like a funnel.
You already have the shape and the size.
It should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line.
Needs to be spinning at a medium speed.
If it's too fast slow it down.
And if it's too slow speed it up.
The texture of the color needs to be clear.
If it appears milky creatively make it clear.
We're now moving into the blue chakra which sits in your throat.
Your chakra should look like a funnel.
If it doesn't creatively make it the correct size.
And it should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line.
Your chakra needs to be spinning at a medium speed.
If it's too fast creatively slow it down.
If it's too slow creatively speed it up.
And the texture of the color needs to be clear.
If it's milky creatively make it clear.
We'll now move to the purple chakra and this sits in the center of your forehead and it's otherwise known as your third eye.
Your chakra needs to look like a funnel.
You know the size and the shape.
If it doesn't look like this creatively make it the correct size.
And it should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not in alignment creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line.
And your chakra needs to spin at a medium speed.
If it's too fast creatively slow it down.
If it's too slow creatively move it faster.
And the texture of the color needs to be clear.
If it appears milky creatively make it clear.
And the last chakra is the violet chakra otherwise known as the crown chakra.
Your chakra should look like a funnel.
You know the size and the shape.
If it doesn't appear like this I want you to creatively make it the correct size.
It should be spinning in alignment.
If it's not creatively move it into alignment so that it appears in the center of your frontal line.
And it needs to be spinning at a medium speed.
If it's too fast slow it down.
And if it's too slow speed it up.
And the texture of the color needs to be clear.
If it appears milky creatively make it clear.
Now when you are completely satisfied that all of your chakras are balanced I want you to creatively visualize a magnificent bright golden light descending from above down over your entire being.
And as you are bathed in this bright golden light I want you to acknowledge with gratitude the gift of this creative vision.
You may even feel as if your entire being has turned into liquid light and you don't know where your body begins or ends.
I'll leave you to sit in this place till it is time to come back.
It is now time to return.
I want you to take a deep breath in through the base chakra drawing your breath all the way up up up up to the top of your shoulders.
Hold it and gently release all the way out.
Breathing normally now I want you to open your eyes when you are ready coming all the way back all the way back into the room and now open your eyes when you are ready.

I never realized this before but I have a very hard time visualizing color. Hopefully coming back to this meditation a few more times will help me work through this and open up mental visualized spectrum. 🌈🤞🏽

I also didn't mind about the funnel and the seize instructions. But in the last few minutes of the meditation my inner image of my chakras changed and I do have funnels for now😀. I try to keep an open mind and these images change quite regularly with me. Nice meditation for someone who wants to reconnect all chakras at once, but given the time each chakra gets just a few minutes. I recommend the meditation!!! Feel full of good energy and like an energetic massage.

THis was good although I never pictured my chakras as funnels before. if they are l2 inches long I was wondering how they would all fit inside.. as they would be touching each other?
