Hello and welcome to this Positive Pregnancy and Birth Affirmation Meditation.

My name is Julie Elah Grace and I am honored to be your guide today.

This affirmation meditation is designed to help your subconscious mind transform negative beliefs about pregnancy and birth into empowering,

Calming,

And uplifting beliefs about the incredible experience of bringing life into this world.

I recommend that you listen to this meditation two to three times per week throughout the first two trimesters of your pregnancy and every day if possible throughout the third trimester.

Don't worry if you miss a few sessions or if you've only just started and you're already quite far along in your pregnancy.

Trust that you are on the right journey and that your mind and body are ready to receive these messages no matter how many weeks you are.

To note,

There is no need to repeat these affirmations out loud.

Just allow the words to wash over and through you and trust that your subconscious mind is absorbing them.

Even if the words do not align with your current feelings,

Know that whatever you practice you get better at.

So if you practice reminding yourself of your body's ancient wisdom and power,

You will get better at feeling empowered and knowing just how incredible and intelligent your body is.

If your mind occasionally wanders in the practice,

That's okay.

Again,

Trust that your subconscious mind is taking on board the messages.

Feel free to write down any of the affirmations afterwards that resonate for you and place them around your home so that you can remind yourself of them throughout each day.

Now take a few deep breaths through your nose and then exhale out your mouth.

Feel yourself dropping into your breath and into your body in this moment.

With every inhale,

Imagine a calming,

Beautiful energy entering your body.

And with every exhale,

Feel yourself letting go of anything that needs letting go of.

Do this a few times.

Now breathe however feels natural to you.

And again,

Drop deeper into relaxation and allow these words to wash over and through you.

I am a strong centered and powerful being.

My body has ancient wisdom in its DNA,

And it knows perfectly how to healthily grow my baby and bring my baby safely into this world.

I allow myself to step into my divine feminine and see how beautiful and strong my body is.

I embrace the power of my body and my body is the power of my body.

I embrace the power of my body and I thank all the ancestors who have come before me to allow for me and now for my baby to come into this world.

I choose to see pregnancy and birth as beautiful experiences.

I trust my body's natural intelligence.

As my body grows and adapts to pregnancy,

I enjoy each change knowing that my baby and my body are completely in tune with each other.

My body is beautiful and it is a safe haven for my baby.

I am looking forward to meeting my baby and also to meeting myself in strength and overall strength.

I am looking forward to meeting my baby and also to meeting myself in strength and overwhelming joy through this process.

My body is perfectly designed to bring my baby into this world.

All the strength I need is already inside me.

I honor that inner strength.

I trust my body and this process as my body and my baby know exactly what to do.

The closer I get to my baby's birth,

The more relaxed I am.

I am filled with deep love for my baby.

I trust that I am a strong,

Loving,

Kind,

And nurturing mother.

As I relax,

My baby relaxes with me.

Pregnancy and birth are all the same.

Pregnancy and birth are powerful processes and I embrace them.

I choose to be empowered by my pregnancy and by the birth of my baby.

I am wholly strong and capable.

I trust that I will know the perfect moment to call the midwife or go to the hospital.

I easily tune into my birth instincts.

When I go into labor,

I relax quickly and easily into my body's perfect rhythm.

My body is so innately intelligent.

I trust the rhythm of birth and I give myself over fully to that rhythm.

With each contraction,

I will become more and more relaxed.

The more relaxed I am,

The more my body will stay in my body.

The more relaxed I am,

The more my body will soften and expand exactly as it is designed to do.

And the more I soften and expand during labor,

The more quickly my baby will come into my arms.

Breathing in,

I draw in strength.

Breathing out,

I let go of anything that needs letting go of.

I am fearless,

Strong,

And brave.

I inhabit a body of joy and I am a being full of light and love.

I shine brightly throughout the birth of my baby.

Every contraction draws me closer to my baby.

I imagine the sensations of birth as a comforting pressure nudging my baby into the world.

I am in tune with the rhythm of my body and with the rhythm of labor.

My baby enjoys the gentle ride of the contraction waves throughout labor.

I allow the magnetic energy of birth to be more and more relaxed.

I allow the magnetic energy of birth to move through me.

I am so excited to meet my baby and shower my baby with love.

I am a centered,

Strong,

Divine being.

I am so grateful for the love and support surrounding me and my baby.

I cherish the gift of my baby's birth.

I am a centered,
