Let's start by bringing attention to different parts of our body.
So we'll start with our head,
Our nose,
Ears,
Chin,
Shoulders,
Hips,
Thighs,
And then smooth out the thighs.
Sit up nice and tall.
Relax the shoulders.
One breath in,
One breath out.
This breath is smelling the flower and then cooling off the cocoa.
So imagining that you have a warm cup of cocoa and you gotta cool it off.
So we'll start by breathing in that flower,
Big breath in,
Then cool off the cocoa.
Slow breath out.
We'll try that again.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
Nice long exhale.
Last one at your own pace.
Placing one hand over the heart followed by the other,
Closing the eyes or focusing on one point and sending some love and kindness to your body and mind for three,
Two,
One.
Let's start by noticing the first three things that we can see.
So anything that you can see,
Keep them in your mind.
First three things and listen for two things that you can hear.
Notice one thing that we can feel underneath our fingertips.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
Let's start in mountain.
Standing up nice and tall,
We'll root our feet down into the earth,
Bringing our arms by our sides,
And then we'll do star.
So we're gonna jump our feet out.
Star,
Mountain.
Star,
Mountain.
Star,
Mountain.
One more.
Star,
Mountain.
And then we'll run in place really fast.
Ready?
Go.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Back to mountain.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
And then we'll do high knees.
So lifting our knees for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And now this time we'll bring one hand to our heart,
Followed by the other,
Either closing the eyes or focusing on one point,
Bringing our attention to our shoulders,
Our hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
And feet.
Take a big breath in,
Big breath out.
As you're ready,
Let's make our way back into a seated position,
Taking good care of yourself as you move back up.
And together we'll say peaceful thoughts,
Peaceful words,
Peaceful actions.
