Thank you for choosing to meditate with me today.
Today's meditation is meant to assist in resting our bodies and replenishing our soul's energy.
Go ahead and get yourself into a comfortable position,
One that allows you to feel relaxed,
But also allows your mind to stay alert enough to hear the meditation.
A chair with pillows under your bottom and behind your back are good.
Sitting on a cushion or kneeling bench are also good.
You may even wish to recline back for the most comfort.
Whatever works for you is just perfect.
I invite you to close your eyes or gaze downward in front of you.
Let's prepare for today's meditation by doing a minute or two of ujjayi breathing together.
Gently place the tip of your tongue behind your two front teeth as you practice this breathing technique.
When you breathe in and out from your nose,
Gently constrict the back of your throat so that as you inhale and exhale,
It sounds like a gentle wind blowing through a tunnel.
Breathing in this way will slow down the inhale and the exhale,
Allowing the central nervous system to become more calm.
Breathe this way to your tolerance.
Let's practice this together for about a minute.
Let's begin.
Let's return to our normal breathing pattern.
In and out through the nose without constricting anything.
Simply breathing in and out in a relaxed manner.
You're invited to allow your body and your mind to travel further into rest with our first visualization.
In your mind's eye,
Envision yourself breathing in through your nose and pulling energy up from the earth's core through your spine up to your heart center.
Then breathe out,
Up and out through the crown of your head and watch as your breath up and out through the crown of your head and watch as your breath cascades around your body,
Creating an energy bubble as it travels back down toward the earth.
Inhale again in the same way from the earth's core up to your heart center.
Exhale up and out through the crown of your head and watch as the shimmering energy of the earth's nourishment,
Strength,
And protection surround you and filter back into the ground.
Keep with this breathing pattern for the next few minutes.
Inhale,
Pulling energy from the earth's core up through your spine to the heart center.
Exhale from the heart center up and out the crown of the head,
Allowing positive healing energy to cascade around you like a protective bubble.
Watch it as it enters the earth again.
Breathe in positive energy up to the heart.
Breathe out positive energy up and out surrounding your body with healing,
Nourishing,
Protective energy.
I will come back when our three minutes of rest is over.
You're welcome now to come back to your breath in and out through your nose,
Following the breath in and out at your natural pace.
No work to be done.
Nothing to do.
Simply breathing in and out.
We'll now begin to replenish our bodies and our minds with the energy of our highest divine wisdom.
Envision a stunning white light,
A white light of comforting,
Healing,
All-knowing energy floating above you.
With your next inhale,
Absorb this white light of energy in a downward direction through the crown of your head.
This comforting energy from your divine source of highest wisdom.
Pull in this energy through the top of your head,
Down to your heart center.
Exhale and envision this white light of loving,
All-encompassing energy traveling to each and every crevice of your body,
Healing each organ and other area as it fills you up.
As it fills you up from your toes,
Up through your legs,
Hips,
Torso,
Chest,
Arms,
Hands and fingers,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Head,
And your brain.
Filling up your body with love,
Acceptance,
Health,
Wisdom,
Positive energy of pure white divine light.
Continue breathing with this pattern.
Inhale and absorb this stunning white light of energy through the crown of your head,
Down to the chest or the heart center.
Exhaling and filling up your entire body with the pure white sparkling light of your higher source's energy.
Love,
Wisdom,
Improved health,
Acceptance,
Clarity,
Protection.
We'll breathe together in this manner for two or three minutes,
Allowing our physical,
Mental,
And emotional bodies to fully replenish our energy stores.
Inhale down from the crown to the heart.
Exhale white sparkling light of your higher source's energy into each part of your body,
Filling yourself up with this loving,
All-encompassing with this loving,
Comforting,
Healing light.

You're invited to let this vision go,
Breathing now in your own natural way,
Enjoying peace,
Calm,
Healing,
And clarity that you simply sit and breathe for another moment or two.
Simply be with each moment presented to you.
Bring your attention to the sensation of air as it passes your nostrils on the inhale and the exhale.
Feel the temperature of the air as it goes in,
Out.
Notice how your body and your mind feel in this relaxed,
Replenished state.
Bring attention to the sensation of your bottom and your sit bones,
The bottoms of your feet,
The back of your legs and your thighs,
Your hips.
You are so relaxed and replenished in spirit as you rest in this state.
In this moment of serenity,
Bring attention to your abdomen,
Gently rising and then retreating with each inhale and exhale.
Notice any sensations you feel in your body,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Fingers.
Take a full and deep breath in and exhale a good sigh out your mouth or your nose,
Taking all the sensations that you feel in your body and your mind.
During today's meditation,
You have replenished your body and your soul's energy through relaxation and visualization.
Remember the feeling of these sensations as you go throughout your day.
Let's use our energy wisely,
Not giving it away to anything that doesn't serve our highest good.
Today,
We'll use our divine source to discern between what deserves our attention and what is merely a distraction from our daily purpose.
Allowing the energy bubble of protection that surrounds us to filter all the energies that come at us today,
Only allowing in what is meant for our greatest and highest good.
Sending what's not meant for us back to whomever or whatever sent it with love and caring.
In a moment,
