In today's meditation we'll be focusing on cultivating a positive mindset.
Begin by getting into a comfortable seated position and let your sit bones ground into the earth.
Feel your spine grow tall and upright.
Roll your shoulders back slightly to open the chest.
Allow your palms to rest in your lap or on your knees,
Facing open and gently close the eyes.
Begin to tune into your breath,
Feeling a sense of expansion as you breathe in,
Feeling your stomach and ribcage expand and as you breathe out feeling a sense of release.
Feel your belly and ribcage expand as you breathe in and contract as you breathe out.
Two.
Allow yourself to welcome in positive energy into the space that you're in.
Invite the positive energy to purify,
Cleanse,
Clear and remove any stale,
Stuck,
Lower vibrational energy.
Allow yourself to feel the positive energy.
You may feel a lifting,
A rising,
A cleansing.
Just breathe here and stay connected to this feeling.
Start inviting in even more energy into the room,
Welcoming in this loving,
Positive energy.
Notice the feelings you're feeling growing stronger.
Everything is being lifted up.
Your vibration is rising.
The vibration of your room is rising and you feel this happening.
Now invite this energy inside of your own body.
Feel it entering in.
Sending loving,
Positive energy all throughout your positive being.
Tuning into the sensation that it creates.
Maybe seeing colors,
Feeling the vibration or notice any other sensations that may be arising within you.
Feel this energy rising,
Lifting you up.
Breathing deeply into this energy,
Feeling it expand as you inhale and ground deeper into your body as you exhale.
Grounding and centering into this positive energy,
This positive vibration with each breath.
Knowing that this energy is yours to cultivate,
Your energy to flow through life with.
Slowly let go of any control of the breath and just notice how you feel.
Notice any shifts,
Any changes and gently blinking open the eyes.
And carrying this energy with you for the rest of your day.
