We're going to do a short meditation to connect with the Muladhara Chakra,
The root.
So find a comfortable place to sit and go ahead and close your eyes and I'll invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose and just feel as you can send your breath all the way down to the base of the spine and allow your next deep inhale to move even deeper now,
Maybe sending your breath even below your body into your seat beneath you and feeling if you can make the next breath even deeper sending it down into the earth and feeling with each breath you can move deeper and deeper now and bringing your attention to the lower half of your body allowing it to be heavy and supported and maybe even noticing where your body meets a seat or the ground and just allowing your attention to focus on the root this bottom of the spine now and while we bring the attention to the Muladhara,
To the root chakra you can begin to maybe notice or observe if you like and if you accept you can begin to notice to observe any anger and any guilt that you've been holding seeing if there's any anger or any guilt blocking this root chakra now and without needing to get too involved just notice any fear or guilt and feeling ready to let that go now and just noticing if there's any anger or any guilt so in a moment I'm going to invite you to take a few deep long breaths and feel as you can breathe in the color red going ahead now and breathing in inhaling this kind of red healing energy feeling it move in through your nostrils feeling it move up the sinuses filling up the head and then pushing down through the throat down through the shoulders through the chest and the heart and then down the spine through the belly and the pelvis and then down into the root of the body now and take a few deep breaths and feel this wonderful red energy entering in and clearing away opening up this root allowing you to find stability find safety to ground feeling as you breathe in you can even allow your energy to sink below you through this open root chakra moving down just like the roots of a tree now feeling these roots as they find safety as they find nurturing love as they find stability as they expand deeper and wider more and more complex feeling now how there is no need for fear no need for any guilt feeling as you can be stable comfortable safe at home in your own body feeling this sense of safety this sense of security this at home feeling feeling this strong rootedness and feeling as your root comes more and more open deeper and wider more stable more rooted more complex more and more peaceful and joyful and comfortable feeling safe and taken care of trusting trusting yourself and trusting the earth beneath you knowing that you are safe stable and supported taking a few more deep breaths of this beautiful red energy and feeling as you exhale you can exhale through the root and simply exchanging and becoming more and more soft more and more grounded more and more stable stronger and more at home and at peace
