Mindful movements and breath practices will help to build resiliency, adapt to stressors, and improve overall well-being in the body and mind. Julie completed the 500 Hour YTT through East to West Yoga School, Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate through the University of Toronto and Trauma Informed Yoga Certification through Sundara Academy.
