This meditation offers gentle guidance around our effort to meditate and our attention to the mind. We focus on the attitude of the mind, noticing its value, its own guidance that reminds us what meditation is for. Mindfulness means paying attention to the purpose of our experience. This meditation asks you to do the same and see if you can notice the sensations as part of your meditation and your experience without over-identifying with them.
