This is our healing with Jodh meditation.
This is your moment and your time to relax.
A moment to disconnect with your busy day and to finally connect with something important.
Your breath,
Your soul and your heart.
Take a moment to settle where you are.
Just find your comfortable position.
Any positions good,
But just feel comfortable where you are.
And when you're ready,
Slowly close your eyes and we will start doing a body scan.
Checking if there is any tension that we can easily release with a big deep breath in and exhale out.
Let's start with our feet.
Breathe in and breathe out from your feet,
Allowing them to relax and let go of any tension.
Your calf muscles,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing to let it go.
Your thighs,
Abdomen,
Release all the tension you accumulated in there during your day.
Your chest,
Do a big deep breath in and exhale out.
Now your arms,
Allow your breath to melt,
Relaxing your hands,
Your fingers,
Wrists,
Arms and now your neck.
Breathe in and out.
Your lips,
Nose,
Cheeks,
Ears.
Allow all that to relax with your breath and your eyes.
Allow the muscles of your eyes,
Forehead and head,
To let go.
And now all your body is fully relaxed and you don't need to worry anymore.
Now it is your mind turn.
To release any thoughts and pain accumulated during today or maybe during this week,
What would we do,
We would have a conversation with our thoughts,
Allowing them to calm and release without us worrying of what could happen if we dip our hands in all the confusion that we think to have in our mind.
Let's start this visualization together.
Imagine yourself sitting on a bench in your favorite spot on Earth.
It can be a park,
A place that gives you calm but also a place that your mind is creating right now for you.
In front of you,
There is another bench with another person sitting in there and you can see that this person is completely overwhelmed by thoughts,
Worries,
Pain and anxieties.
And allow yourself just to observe that person in front of you without any judgments but just allow your mind's eyes to engage with that person and to engage with that full confusion even if you are sitting calmly and still with your body in total relax.
And when you feel ready,
We will start the conversation that will take you to the path of healing.
Do a big deep breath in,
Exhale out and keep observing this person in front of you and on the next inhale we will start to ask to this person what is going on.
So breathe in and ask to that person in front of you why are you feeling so overwhelmed?
And the person answer,
Because I keep forgetting to check on me and I just let my day to crash my mind and let me feel worthless and in self-doubt.
So take a deep breath in and ask,
Why do you feel you forget to check on you?
And the person answer,
Because during my day I don't see anything more than my life running and I feel inside of a hamster wheel running and running all over again.
Another deep breath in and ask,
How can we together change this vision of your life?
And this person answer,
Maybe you can explain me the meaning of being here and now.
Another deep breath in and say,
We are both leaving the here and now in this precisely moment you are leaving your emotions and I am leaving the calmness already present in me.
And keep breathing and while you breathe sitting on the bench having this conversation with that person that is your thoughts.
Just give your personal message of stillness,
Allowing any emotion just to be.
And keep breathing allowing yourself to share the stillness to your thoughts that is sitting in front of you.
And slowly feel this powerful energy starting to connect your heart to the heart of that soul in front of you,
Of your thoughts in front of you.
And give all the kindness and compassion it needs to heal both.
Because it's all present already inside of you.
We keep fixing who we are while we are supposed to heal.
We are in a constant research of something from the outside to cover our pain.
And we should research it inside of us because more you fix more you create pain.
Instead more you heal and more you will be here and now.
In the roots of your pain is present the breakthrough you need because after any breakdown there is a magical and powerful breakthrough.
And now give the best hug you ever gave to anyone,
To that person that are actually your thoughts,
Allowing your love to melt together and create wholeness.
Because both of you are love,
Grace,
Kindness and power.
Until you realize that you are one.
And it's your moment to share a compliment or few words of kindness that will help you to be.
Yes,
To be.
Don't be afraid to feel vulnerable but just allow yourself to be.
You deserve yourself and you deserve this love that keeps growing in you each day,
Each hour,
Each second.
You are that power growing now in you.
And all the sufferings,
Pain and self-doubt are nothing more than your thoughts asking you for attention.
The attention that you gave now and you are finally calm and healed.
And now let's do a cycle of really deep breath in and slow breathing out and allow your soul to release all the tiny stones that keep you still in that built confusion place.
You can do this.
We can do this.
And we help you with that.
