Affirmation With Crystals

This is a affirmation meditation using your favourite crystal on your third eye chakra. Our crystal will help us to amplify the affirmations we will say together, making power and love grown in ourselves.

This is our healing with Jude meditation, Affirmation with crystals. What we will do together in this meditation, It will be to use our favorite crystal on our third eye chakra and we're gonna repeat a few affirmations to amplify the message on our mind, On our soul and on our heart. So for this practice, I will ask you to lay down, It can be on the mat, It can be on your sofa or on your bed, Just feel comfortable and choose your favorite crystal to place it in the space between your eyebrows where is the third eye chakra is placed. So when you find your comfortable position, Slowly close your eyes and for the moment I just want you to feel your breath changing your body, Feel how at each inhale and exhale your body change becoming something new and how this fresh air go inside of your nostrils passing through your throat to your lungs and how at your exhale you can feel this warm air leaving your body and expanding all around you and keep breathing allowing yourself to relax. I want you to set your intention for this practice, Can be any message, Can be any intention but I want you to set it now and repeat it for three times and when you've done that on the third time take that intention and place it into your heart. Now we will do a body scan starting from the right side, Right thumb, Second finger, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Palm, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, Armpit, Right hip, Right thigh, Kneecap, Calf muscle, Ankle, Heel, Sole of your feet, Now to the left side, Left thumb, Second finger, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Palm, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, Armpit, Left hip, Left thigh, Kneecap, Calf muscle, Ankle, Heel, Sole of your feet, Big toe, Second toe, Third, Fourth and fifth, Abdomen, Right chest, Left chest, All of your chest, Neck, Chin, Lower lip, Upper lip, All of your lips, Right nostril, Left nostril, All of your nose, Right ear, Left ear, Right cheek, Left cheek, Right eyes, Left eyes, The space where your crystal is positioned, Your forehead, Your head, Your back and your buttocks. Allow your body to relax, Allow your body to relax. Now do a big deep breath in and exhale out and just feel how your body is relaxed and aware of this beautiful moment with this crystal amplifying already the energy that you have inside of you. And what we will do now, I will repeat a few self-love affirmations and I want you to repeat it mindily and let these words be part of you. Just imagine that each sentence that you repeat will start from your crystal and will just go inside of your mind. I am enough, I am enough, I am worthy of love, I am worthy of love, I respect my own boundaries, I respect my own boundaries. And now just do a big deep breath in, Exhale out and slowly start to move your toes, Your feet, Your fingers, Your hands and bring awareness to what you have around, The sounds, Maybe your mat on the back and slowly open your eyes and look to what you have around with a big smile on your face because this is your life and you deserve everything in this world. And when you're ready, Take out your crystal from your third eye, Place it on your right hand and express a huge gratitude for this crystal that really helped you to feel freedom in your heart.
