Close your eyes and get comfortable.
I'm going to start this meditation with alternate nostril breathing.
We're going to close our right nostril with a finger and breathe in through the left nostril for a chosen count.
A comfortable count,
Maybe five,
But do what feels right for you.
After you inhale through your left nostril,
You're going to close both nostrils and then hold your breath for that same count.
Then open your right nostril and exhale for the same amount.
Then you inhale through your right nostril,
Close both,
And hold,
And then exhale through your left nostril.
That's one round of alternate nostril breathing.
I'll guide you through it now with a five count.
Gently close your right nostril with your finger.
Breathe in through your left nostril.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Open your right nostril and exhale.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Inhale through your right nostril.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Close your nose again.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Finally,
Exhale through your left.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
You just did one round of alternate nostril breathing.
This practice snaps your focus to your breath and makes it easier to concentrate.
It also levels out swirling energies in your body.
Practice alternate nostril breathing now for five rounds at your own pace.
Exhale,
Ridiculous demonstration.
Singer has two minutes remaining.
Tires play Release control and breathe naturally.
Just watch your breath go in and out,
In and out naturally.
Don't force it.
Watch your breath for one minute.
If your mind wanders,
Don't judge yourself.
Just go back to focusing on your breath.
Now,
Fully relaxed,
Affirm out loud in a powerful speaking voice,
I am healthy.
A little softer now.
I am healthy.
Now whisper,
I am healthy.
Slowly repeat,
I am healthy.
One more time,
Mentally,
With great conviction,
I am healthy.
Put in this knowing for another minute.
Close this meditation with a few more deep breaths and a prayer of gratitude.
I am thankful for my health.
How did that feel?
Do you believe you are healthy?
If not,
Why?
Is there anything you can do to release the thought that you are unwell?
If you are able to simply breathe,
Then you are alive and there is great power in that truth.
Close your eyes again and take another deep,
Intentional breath.
Do you feel the power of your breath?
If you're struggling with the belief that you are healthy,
I encourage you to practice this meditation daily.
Only practice the affirmation once you feel the power of your breath and the wellness that comes with it.
Give thanks for each breath you take and when it feels good,
Go back to the simple yet powerful affirmation,
I am healthy.
Repetition plants the statement as an automatic thought so it becomes a habit.
I'm sending you blessings of great health.
