Let's take a deep breath in.
And as we breathe out,
Drop,
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Just feel with every breath that you're bringing into your being now that you're welcoming in the energy of light,
The flow,
Ease,
Grace.
And imagine that you are bathing your body with this beautiful flow of life force energy.
And we ask this body to rest in its space and to just hold the space.
And imagine that this little pinpoint of moment,
This little space that we are holding in all of space,
Is a vital little connection.
We can imagine a needlepoint awareness that right here we are marking a moment in all time,
Through all space.
And we are holding this moment,
This time.
We are holding the energy here.
And we ask that while we are doing that consciously,
Clearly and with great love,
That we open up our heart and our mind,
And we can welcome into this moment our guides,
Angels and divine presence,
The highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time.
And imagine yourself now encapsulated in this beautiful light of love,
That you are being held in it,
In the awareness of being in this light orb.
You have perfect vision all the way around you,
That you can see so clearly what is unfolding around you.
Feel like this 20-20 vision helps you to see in all directions above and below,
And to see yourself right in the centre of all of this that you are observing from a centre point of self.
And in the centre point,
Ask your heart to agree that you are in the perfect place,
At the perfect time,
In the perfect way.
And that you being here is a great gift,
And you being able to see what is unfolding around you is an even greater gift.
And in the sacred orb there is such deep peace,
Deep quiet,
Deep assurance.
Allow yourself to be in this space.
And if we were to reach with our ears deep within our being,
We would hear our heart beating,
We would hear ourselves breathing in the space around us.
We would be aware that we are alive.
And if we could not see our bodies,
We would know ourself beyond our shape and form.
We would be now connecting into the energy of our essence.
Do that.
Connect into your essence,
Your eternal light being.
That part of you that trusts you to remember that you are always connected to this.
And this beautiful human body that reaches for that essence,
That energy,
That seeks for it and yearns for it.
But now know that it is you,
That this is your eternal presence.
And then if we were to look at our being,
Our form,
We would know that we are an aspect of ourself.
Like a diamond seeing itself from one facet that would be this life.
But the awareness that we are a multi-faceted,
Multi-dimensional processing unit.
Those words given to remind us that we are more than a body.
We are part of all that is.
We can process on many dimensions,
Many levels,
Even now.
And let yourself feel that expansiveness of your being.
See yourself as the whole diamond with all the facets.
With the divine prismic light radiating out in all directions.
See within these light rays all the connections through all time.
And you hold that information because you are that information.
And for just a little while we take all that information and we place it into a form.
And here I am in my form,
Able to tap into that part of me that is sheer brilliance,
Magnificence,
Multi-dimensional.
And then feel the completeness of this.
Feel the ease,
The comfort.
And then graciously ask this body that is holding you now to rest into this space.
Drop all that you are carrying and holding.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your tummy.
Let your legs feel heavy.
Your knees and your ankles fall apart if they wish.
Become aware of your arms heavy and relaxed.
And the breath is coming and going and the heart is beating.
And all the systems within your being are functioning perfectly.
There is absolutely nothing you must take care of right now.
Just rest so deeply into your being.
Smooth your brow.
Relax your jaw.
And let your eyes drop a little deeper into the cradles.
And we begin to breathe through the nostrils in a perfect stream of balance left and right.
Take your tongue and press it onto the roof of your mouth,
The palate.
And in the in breath activate that pressure point all the way up towards the pineal chakra.
Eyes look back a little as they drop a little more into the skulls,
Into the sockets.
Bring your full awareness now to your pineal chakra.
See that part of you that is radiant light,
That is wisdom beyond.
See that part of you that travels with you through all life experiences and beyond and beyond.
And see that part of you that is calling you home.
We are so grateful to be in this mind,
Body,
Being.
To be observing our transformation.
To be observing ourselves as healers and guides within this life experience that we are looking at right now.
Ask your being to rest deeply into that awareness.
Feel complete oneness and peace within this awareness.
Then imagine that the assurance that is coming into your being now in waves is like a gentle cloak upon you and around you.

Supporting you.
Feel held,
Shielded,
Protected,
Safe,
Adored.
Feel gratitude pouring into your being and through your being.
Drop this awareness down now into your heart and hold the divine energy right here.

What is it that you would have me do and fulfill in this life journey?
And then drop your energy a little lower now into your center,
Your solar plexus.

Feel as if you could encapsulate all the goodness of life into the space as an orb of energy.
And every time you breathe into it,
You are expanding it by dropping the energy of the heart.
By connecting into the idea of wellness and flow of light and love,
Expansion and possibility,
Transformation and graciousness.
This beautiful orb that you are holding within you is holding you.
There is a oneness and a completeness here,
A deep peace here.

Just imagine that this mind and this body and its divine intelligence knows exactly what it is that will bring profound healing to it,

The steady rhythm within the being is the deepest reassurance that we are loved and held.
That the very breath of the divine is being breathed into us.
So that we can do this journey,
We free up all the space within our being,
From all the clutter and all the static.
All the perceptions,
Belief systems and systems that no longer serve us.
We clear them up,
We clear them out and we hold ourself as a pristine being of light and love.
We imagine ourselves as a vessel that has been profoundly cleansed and cleared.
And then we hold the space and allow our divine and gracious heart to guide us.
What those next steps are going to be,
These are going to be the most wonderful steps that we could ever take.
We can take them when we are clean and clear of all the static.
See yourself standing poised in a moment in time.
You are just waiting.
Everything is unfolding around you.
If you open your gaze and look ahead of you,
You will see that that pathway is illuminated from the light that you hold at your centre.
Like a flashlight in a dark night.
Feel the assurance that you can travel along that path and know and find your way.
Allow yourself to equally know that in the moment that we choose to choose again,
That we will be guided to stop for a little while so that we can reset,
Recalibrate for the next part of the journey.
And when we do this,
We come into this moment,
This energy.
We ask for the clearing of the static,
The clear holding space.
We can stand there strong,
Centred,
Aligned.
And then we can choose again where our heart desires to take us.
And the moment we stand still and reset and we open up the light,
Then the light guides us and we move in that direction and it's perfect.
For as long as we wish to do that,
That path is open.
There are so many pathways that we can take,
Myriads of directions.
See yourself encoded to be in every single one.
I am divinely and uniquely encoded within for the magnificence of this life journey.
Feel that as the deepest reassurance.
