We bring our Being into an unconditional state of awareness - holding High regard for all Life. We establish this as legacy energy that awakens our senses and our connection to a life that is in alignment with our Higher Self. And here we are again in this beautiful gracious space so just where you are resting now think of your body think of the space that you're holding and Think about the way the space around you is holding you become aware that this beautiful breath of life is all around you and It's easy to breathe it in and you can breathe into your body as much as you wish Think how easy it is for the body to breathe out breathe out relax.

Let go release and We let go of so much when we let go of this breath Then the next breath that comes in has got a clean beautiful open space to come into So for a little while,

Let's think about this breath We take a deep breath in and the deep long slow out breath If we want to calm our body down Support our vagus nerve.

That is the way to do it long slow out breath become very aware of each breath you bring in and How your body is accepting it?

Feel as if you are Nursing and soothing your mind and your body with this breath Now we focus only on this breath this breath of life And while you're breathing and thinking about this Notice that the breath of life is right here and there's no struggle to get it it's right here and We can bring into us as much as we wish or as little Allow yourself to feel the luxury of this breath of life that is always here That moves into us seamlessly nothing special needs to happen The only thing that is different is that we decide how much?

How much am I going to give me of this breath?

How much am I going to release of this breath and when we think about this how much We remember that this is connected to our free will This little gift that was given to us to choose for our own being that free will Think of that energy here at your throat We hold our free will and We control ourselves according to what we choose here at the throat and Here at the throat We allow ourselves to breathe in and give to the body Through this little portal this little throat to the whole body to feed and nourish to regenerate This beautiful breath of life we think about the free will and We ask now that our free will Can be in alignment with the highest vibration of light and love That the desires of our heart the calling of our soul is in agreement with our free will and the divine And that we can hear the divine calling us and speaking to us through our heart Into our being and When we are asked to show up in a certain way Then it's not us just being fanciful if it is a calling of the heart that idea that we have comes from somewhere and Become aware that that idea is the breath of God speaking into us Asking us to choose Asking us to allow and to give and to receive and to flow with life's ease Let your awareness come into that beautiful open clearing space my treasure as you rest here and Feel the energy in the space and allow yourself to be settled and relaxed We open up our beautiful heart We think about how this heart when we open it up Can be so massive Remember something in your life when your heart was so filled with love and gratitude with awe and wonder as We feel and remember and we connect our mind and our body and we Reignite that feeling around the heart with a memory We train our heart to open a little wider a little bigger and As we do this see yourself putting you inside of a sacred bubble a cocoon or chrysalis of light and love And here you are right inside of it and When my heart is so open and the energy around us is so clear filled with the embrace of light and love When we hold this energy in us It is so much easier for our guides and angels and divine presence to come a little closer Allow your being to connect now To the highest vibration of light and love with a sense of wellness and ease laughter and flow beautiful you and May you now receive All the gifts of energy that will support your mind and your body in this being For just being here May all the gifts be received by you To support hold you and uplift you to encourage you and to help you to remember who you are If you are a divine healer of light and love we have been asked to remember this and We allow ourselves now to remember that our deepest desires Of the desires of our heart and the longing for peace and harmony and compassion and kindness We are too long for this to yearn for it to desire it with all our heart to seek it with our soul So that We can bring it in It's through the heart the magnetic field that we bring it in this way Let your body rest here now and feel that beautiful energy around you So let this beautiful body know that this is the energy that it knows how to hold That this is your energy that feels like home That this is the energy of vibrancy and health and wellness lightness and laughter ease and flow grace and kindness and While you are in this beautiful energy feel that you can give to you and to others and you can receive from others and from yourself Feel as if you can establish a beautiful open flowing energy like the infinity wave Where the energy moves out from you?

Towards all others to life and then moves back to you and lifts up through your beautiful heart and that you are in that gorgeous space of energy where the flow of life is moving through you and We simply observe this beautiful body this beautiful being That knows how to be in this life with a sense of flow lightness What a wonderful gift this is my treasure as you hold this energy and stabilize it now in your system Asking now that every cell bone marrow nerve tissue and fiber of your being every atom every telomere This beautiful being starts to see itself and reconstruct its form in The energy that you are holding now Energy Transforms us We form ourselves through our energy When we know how to hold beautiful bright flowing clear energy Our mind and our body are transformed Allow yourself to receive that as a gift No ideas of I should do this first.

I have to do that first Or haven't learned enough about this or that None of that story This is an unconditional Energy surge it's not reliant upon any performance of our human being except to open our heart and to believe and to trust Beautiful you When you can hold this as you are now this becomes the gift that you pass forward So let's do that now Let's create in this moment the wondrous gift of this light energy That becomes the new legacy the new imprint for your family for your line For all those you know and love When we find our way to this point We want to share it by letting our light shine Think about yourself like a lighthouse on a dark night And we remember that that lighthouse stands upon his own stable scaffolding it stands upon the rocks and It radiates the light for those who will see It doesn't jump off the rocks and do anything else Doesn't try to fix or urge or coerce.

It just stands on its rocks stands on a stable foundation and it beams the light and Those who will see will see Allow yourself to be in that place in your mind Feel anchored strong grounded and connected Feel held and supported from the strong standing point of your energy field Become aware of yourself like a lighthouse beginning to transmit energy Sending waves of delightful energy out from your being May these energy waves of such beauty and expansiveness Feel like flowing energy May the energy you're holding flow out from you like a light and May it connect with all beings May it be felt held known beautiful you Imagine that you could see in front of you all those,

And love your family your friends your colleagues your community And if you can simply shine your light upon them No conditions.

No stories.

No history Let yourself become aware of the light that you are And the gift that you are willing to radiate from you that is unconditional love No one needs to adjust or behave in any special way to receive this.

This is unconditional No one needs to get better There is no condition in it whatsoever Notice that you don't need to fix anything or make it better for them because we understand that every journey is a karmic journey and what it is that everyone is in now is for them and they will find their way through and So much easier for them to find their way through when they've got one in their family anchoring a light energy and helping them to see to see themselves and to see this life and To see the unfolding of grace See yourself and the position that you hold in your family and in your community See you and that space in a different way Truly honor where you are standing honor you Your courage your resiliency your determination Your perseverance even your stubbornness Whatever helped you to get to this point while you were Immersed in the great struggle of your deep knowing Think about how you found a way always in the darkest saddest times You found a way Something was guiding you and Something was asking you to hold on to trust and to keep going all the information from your connections Every single bit of it is valid and necessary It has given you all the skills the awarenesses the strength The mindfulness the power and the insight To hold the space that you are holding now Feel like you can hold that and honor you for every step that you've taken No matter how it looks in our human awareness See yourself beyond shame blame judgment and guilt beyond persecution of self and others see yourself as simply being and having had a life journey and Still willing to be here in this beautiful being that has known and understood so much Let that energy Come into your entire being And filled you up with such great ease and comfort Nothing was in vain Nothing at all was ever in vain Every step every beat of your heart every point of pain and struggle hardship and despair every challenge Every confrontation Every collision every connection purposeful and on time and We can stand now and see it We can see the divine design It is so remarkable We can see the divine design Let yourself see this and let yourself honor you honor you and Then relax a little deeper into this beautiful being Soften your whole body your whole being Relax your mind body your entire energy system Calm and soothe and understand remember who you are You are a divine being of light and love Allow yourself to feel this energy moving in you and through you and around you And see yourself as being strong inside of this See yourself strong and anchored and connected And standing in the foundation that you have been building That has been built for you through all time with such immense love We think of all the ancient ones before us and everything that they had to go through and it's not in vain because I can see it now and Because I know it and understand it on one level or another that only I can know Because I have been in so many of those experiences Because I know Because I was in that experience it was an echo of theirs.

I do know and with that profound knowing Allow yourself to feel that what you have created in this life The anchoring that you have brought in for you It's profound and beautiful But you are in the perfect place That you are holding a space that only you can know unique delightful and feel the glow within it Feel the glow the certainty and the comfort the reassurance Feel the divine design Hold yourself here beautiful open flowing glorious energy May this truly comfort you in every possible wonderful way.

I Remember who I am.

I Hold a unique space upon this earth.

I Allow life to flow in me through me and around me Knowing that it is part of the divine design.

I Clear my mind of all the duality concepts conditional energy.

I clear myself of the need to Be held in a certain way and then to know that I am a divine being of light and love I clear my energy in every possible conceivable way Right down to my cellular level through this mind in this body I Clear my being so that I can be here clearly comfortably beautifully Hold yourself and hold your energy Holding this beautiful energy and you're being stable strong grounded connected.

I Stand my truth.

I Stand strong aligned and connected I Hold myself and this life and this earth holds me.

I Support my life in every wonderful way with my thoughts my beliefs With my actions with my words.

I support me Feel that flowing energy of support back and forth.

I support this life in every wonderful possible way in my own being and this life Supports me Feel held here strong and stable my being of life my being of light We merge this into one single stream We find ourselves in flow with our own being Within this reality and beyond in flow so lovely Lovely strong energy here.

I'm in flow.

I'm in ease so We allow ourselves to gently come back to this time this place this being Start tuning in to the sounds around you think about the temperature the season the time of day When we gently come back into this life So that we can show up and be our most magnificent being we possibly can be come on back
