Releasing The Human Story - Tone Therapy

What we will never embrace or do again is the most vital information we can hold so that we can choose what it is that we would care to create now. The cloak of deception falls away as we begin to see each other as Truth. This unconditional healing and regard for another is the gift we are ready to bring in now.

So together my lovely,

Let's take a deep breath in.

And then breathe out with that long slow out breath.

And as you do drop,

Drop,

Drop into the space.

We feel ourselves relaxing.

Soften your tummy.

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

Let your shoulders drop down a little bit more heavily.

Then feel the balance of your body on the left and the right.

And the connection to you is this beautiful being.

And here in this life I hold myself so gently.

I surrender into this moment.

Trusting that this mind,

Body,

Being is giving me the exact experiences that are for my most delightful life journey.

Delightful is filled with a divine light.

Delightful.

And there is no other journey that we wish to have.

To be completely in alignment with why it is that we are here.

So that we can awaken within us our divine and sacred agreement.

We agree to come in to hold a space in this wonderful,

Particular,

Peculiar,

Fabulous way.

And to be in this being that can perceive and know and understand in its own particular way.

And then we have these agreements to connect with those around us so that we can help each other.

We are in a form so that we can be informed so that we can transform.

We truly want to remember that we are already beings of light.

We are eternally known.

There is nothing that we have to achieve to be more of that because we are that already.

But in this life journey we choose to play a particular role and to show up in a certain way.

To understand some facet of this life journey and to bring deep and profound healing to the distortions that have come into our human experience.

If we can reset and reframe remember who we are.

That we are travelers of light.

And that we have stepped into a timeline so that we can bring profound healing to that timeline.

And whatever distortions we are experiencing they are so that we will understand those distortions.

And then at some point when we finished experiencing them as if they were our own.

We have the capacity to step out of our own human story and see it from a higher perspective.

Why is it that this is coming into my awareness?

And why is it that my heart will not let me go?

It will not allow me to deny,

Defend,

Deflect,

Distract away from it.

It holds me here with all my attention.

Every cell of my being aching and longing.

It's because this is where we are to place our awareness.

We come into an agreement now as we relax into the space.

That we are here as healers.

And there is no more time for us to say I'm not that.

That I have to earn this healing certification.

That's not true.

We are healers.

We are light workers.

We are travelers through time.

And we are here to do something enormous.

And we are here with each other.

Reminding each other and walking each other home.

But truly allow yourself to take that step into that awareness now.

No more resistance and games.

No more stories.

Just step into the big story.

And imagine as you do the sense of relief that comes into this moment.

Like throwing off these many cloaks that we wear.

That block our awareness and shroud us in a mystery,

In a mist of deception.

Just toss off that cloak one after another.

Until we can stand in this place naked in the awareness of who we truly are.

And soften your tummy.

Feel your heartbeat.

Become aware of your breath moving in and through you.

There is nothing to do here.

Simply to acknowledge that the being that we are,

The one that is here now,

Is here on time.

Holding so many awarenesses and beliefs,

Perceptions,

Incredible history of the line that we've stepped into.

We ask now that whatever it is that we are holding in our awareness that is aching within our heart and soul,

That we are willing to stand with it and hold ourselves so gently and elevate our perception to see.

Open your awareness a little wider now.

Imagine that you're looking out upon a glorious horizon.

We can see so much because we've climbed up this little bit of a mountain and I can see.

I can see way into the distance and I can focus right here where I'm standing in my mind's eye.

I am filled with awareness.

Rest your body here.

Allow yourself to relax deeply.

There is nothing to do.

No performance,

No resistance,

No story,

No history.

Just see if you can stand here completely neutral.

We open our heart,

Feeling that expansive love that has been awakening within you and open that love into the love of all life.

This beautiful opportunity to be here,

To see and feel this life.

How glorious it is to touch another,

To hear them,

All our senses connecting in to this experience.

As you stand here with this heart so open,

Bring to your heart a feeling when you felt like your heart would break with such divine delight.

Shatter all illusions and games and drop that feeling into your heart.

And as you do,

Imagine as if you are having that experience right now again.

Re-imagine it.

And in so doing,

You are awakening your imaginal cells.

It is the imaginal cells of a caterpillar that has come into its chrysalis and become pure goop,

That re-imagines itself to be that which it has never been before.

We are awakening our imaginal cells through our heart,

That we are ready to transform and be that which we have never been before.

And feel how your heart can open towards that.

We know how to do this.

We are reminding each other and awakening each other.

Open your heart to that full expression of your being,

To a life so glorious,

So deeply purposeful,

Loving and embracing,

Kind and gentle.

Think of this energy as a transmission of energy that can go from your heart out like ripples opening in a pond.

How wonderful it is to expand our energy.

The moment we can do this with absolute love,

Our field is open to guidance.

It is so much easier for our divine guides to come a little closer and support us.

The heart is open with this immense love.

We welcome now our guides divine presence,

The highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time.

We always say at this time,

Because it is constantly changing,

If we are staying connected and on purpose,

We are upgrading all the time.

What a gift this is.

I am open to that.

Open your heart,

Open your soul,

Feel divine presence now and then see yourself falling back into the wings of angels.

Sweet surrender.

No performance needed.

We agree to be here.

We are in our agreement.

We allow what is to unfold as we open our throat and heart and absolutely trust.

Keep feeling this loving,

Surrendering energy.

The moment we want to step up and start activating and performing and doing,

Just ask your being to drop,

Drop a little bit more.

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face,

Relax your jaw,

Let your eyes drop a little deeper into the cradles of the sockets and rest deeply now.

Beautiful you.

As you hold your energy with such love and the body rests,

We allow ourselves to feel disconnected from all the stories,

The history and the pain,

All the challenges and the heartache,

The human story,

The devastating human story.

See yourself outside of the story and from the outside looking back towards it with the energy of such immense grace,

Love and compassion,

Forgiveness and kindness.

Close enough to remember the deep sorrows but away enough to gain your perspective.

Everything we have been experiencing is so that we can know,

So that we can remember.

Allow yourself to stand in the place right between the history and the step that is still to come and the one who stands between it.

Arms open,

Embracing love and kindness,

Heart open to forgiveness and sweetness,

Gentleness,

Grace,

Compassion,

Forgiveness.

Bring in forgiveness.

There is nothing that I could hold a grudge against in this moment.

No one,

No thing,

No story,

But I understand the human story for all its horror and terror and hideousness.

It's so that we could get to this point and know what it is that we would never choose again.

This is the most powerful information that we could ever gain and the clarity of it gives us the ability to see clearly.

I release now through all time fields,

All dimensions,

All realities,

All time frames,

All history,

The pathways of pain and sadness and terror,

The hideousness of humanity,

The persecutions,

The separations.

I ask now that I can be the space between and bring such immense love to those who suffered terribly so that we could know and see and remember and we do,

We see it,

We remember it.

I'm willing to see it,

I'm willing to remember it,

I'm willing to face it now,

To feel it as our human being and know that we would never do this again,

That it is time for us to step into the highest vibration we can hold and begin to hold this now.

In your own life journey,

See if you can stand here in the space between this neutral space.

Bring to mind anyone who has caused agreements of pain or hardship in your life and see if you can be here so lovingly clear,

Respectful and gentle that it's okay,

That they played the role that they played because that's all it was.

The moment I can see that and I see them shrouded in the cloak of their role that they chose to play,

The moment I can see that I see the cloak falling away and I begin to see who they are,

Their essence,

Beings of light,

Travelers through time.

I begin to understand and I radiate love to them and them to me.

It is so unconditional,

So kind,

So deeply appreciative.

Just rest here.

Imagine now that all the stories are just running out,

Like sand through an hourglass,

Just running out.

We don't try and stop it or capture it or hold it in any way,

Contain it in our mind or body,

Just let it go.

I release,

Let go and eliminate all that which no longer serves me.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I let go.

I release the energy of fear,

Foreboding,

Trepidation and all the structures that we create in our human story to protect and defend ourselves.

I release this 100% for me and for all in my line backwards and forwards through all time.

I see myself clear with no resistance whatsoever.

The body is relaxing deeply.

I'm holding myself in a gentle space.

I am witnessing the life stories unfold and be released now.

Divine heart opens.

I rest completely inside of this energy.

There is nothing that my human head and thinking processing needs to be involved in.

This work is way beyond our human story.

We just open our heart and remember who we are.

Divine beings of light and love.

This body breathes and we relax deeply.

Every cell of this being recreates.

I rest and allow and trust at the very center of my being,

At the solar plexus,

My life purpose reveals itself to every cell of my being.

The agreement for being here and the deepest understanding that resonates as absolute knowing.

No need to prove,

No endeavoring,

No performing,

Just knows.

Opening up the energy at your center,

Your solar plexus.

We see ourselves in the very center here like one perfect cell that is fully aware,

Connected to all that is,

Healthy and vital,

One perfect cell.

And we imagine that beautiful perfect cell opening and increasing,

Expanding now,

Connecting in.

We open our throat to receive,

Allow,

Trust,

Give.

Such a beautiful energy of flow,

The deepest knowing when the heart knows.

And we feel it right in the center of our being as our gut intuition.

It's that deepest knowing.

Let your whole body settle down and come into that center.

I know and I know.

There is no game,

No performance,

Just this deep calming centering knowing.

With this peace in you and around you now and the body resting,

We open up our heightened awareness,

Our intuition,

Guidance,

Asking my beautiful being that I can be in that place now where I am ready to shift.

No more need for drama,

Karma,

Stories,

Games.

No more need for the human connection to our story of life.

But I can be in that place now where it is so clear,

So easy,

So simple,

Just perfect.

I see clearly.

I understand deeply.

This brings immense peace to the mind,

Body,

Being.

And the divine light flows into this beautiful being,

Bringing the soothing and clearing and gentle energy.

All I have to do is rest,

Trust,

Breathe and allow.

Nothing to do,

No performance.

Visualize yourself standing in a beautiful column of light,

A warm embracing light that you choose to move yourself towards.

And stand there and be immersed in it,

Bathed in it.

Beautiful light holding you and connecting you now,

Bringing in tone therapy.

Every cell in your body to recalibrate now.

Highest frequency that I can hold at this moment.

In every moment I'm recalibrating and reconnecting to my absolute.

In this life journey I find a deep sense of flow,

Ease,

Freedom,

Wellness,

Laughter,

Lightness,

Love and abundance.

I embrace all the highest vibrations and I allow my life to be filled with this vibration so that I can transmit it through this beautiful being to life around me.

Merge into one stream of consciousness.

I'm so relieved in the space of oneness,

Merging of my awareness.

For all those who share my life,

For however that sharing has been,

I see myself as the holder of these precious moments of connection.

I radiate unconditional love to every single soul with whom I have connected.

We allow ourselves to so gently come on back to this time and place,

The space that we know is our life for this journey.

And as you take a gentle breath into your being,

Welcoming in the life force energy into your beautiful body,

Thank your beautiful being for giving you all the opportunities that this unique being is affording you.

And think of your life and the journey and all those with whom you share your life.

We send to them unconditional love,

Beams of radiant light.

May all beings be well.

May all life be well.

And as we come back gently into the space,

We thank our guides,

Angels,

Divine presence for being so close to us,

Holding us so gently.

We thank that part of us that is connected to our higher self for remembering and allowing us to reconnect now at the most important point of our human experience.

Hold this as a dear note within your soul,

That you remember who you are and that the journey that you take from this moment onward now becomes the journey that you are intending as you step into a whole and a new way of expressing your life,

Uplifting the life of your own and those around you and all life.

May you be blessed abundantly and beautifully as you do this walk,

This whole new life and this whole new walk.

So what you can do now,

Shake your hands and then flick your fingers and bring the energy to the tips of your fingers.

Take the middle finger of the left hand and pop it into your belly button and the middle finger of your right hand onto your third eye.

Donna Eden talks about this as being our central meridian that we connect into.

Let's code in now the energy that you have created in your field that is so healthy and vital and beautiful.

Let's code this in as your new default setting.

As you connect to both of these points pull them up simultaneously.

Imagine you zipping this information into your genetic material,

Into the mind,

Body and the being.

At any time you need to allow yourself to come back quickly into this new setting.

All you have to do is think of these two points or physically do this and you will be able to re-engage into that energy frequency that you're holding now.

Such a beautiful energy.

And take a deep breath in now.

Pull your arms above your head.

Open your ribs,

Your lungs.

Take a deep deep breath in and as you breathe out pull your arms to the left and the right like your wings spread,

Spread,

Spread.

Then big circle and keep going until your palms touch at the base.

And when they do you've completed the circle.

See yourself in that beautiful part.

And bend your elbows and bring your hands to your heart.

This is your energy circuit.

Your masculine on the right,

Your feminine on the left.

And you are holding an energy circuit powerfully in the divine ratio.

The perfect balance for our agreement in the divine ratio.

The divine design.
