And everything that is around you is just pointing you towards this lovely you.
Let your breath come in and move through.
Soothe your being with a breath.
Allow yourself to drop right into your centre.
Find out where you are,
In this mind,
In this body,
In this time,
In this place.
Honour your journey that has brought you to this space.
And imagine that you are just falling into it,
Nothing more to do or pursue.
See this as an oasis for your soul.
Send a loving message to your feet and thank them for every single step that they have taken.
Open to your knees for your ability to be flexible and change direction and to move through your life.
Honour that you can change direction at any given point.
See yourself at a point of access right now,
Where the road ahead of you opens up and there are different pathways of potential,
And you can stand and rest in this space and ask yourself,
So what was the journey going to be like now for me?
Which journey will I choose?
One is going to amplify your energy rapidly and the other is going to give you a detour.
And sometimes these detours are so extreme,
It's difficult to come back to that place of reasonable connection.
Sometimes they pull us into patterns and systems that just drop us into the same drama,
Same karma again and again.
And if we do that enough,
Then what happens is that pattern becomes so familiar that we enjoy the pattern because there is stability in the instability of it.
We recognise within us a pattern and we know that there's going to be this lovely time of kindness and forgiveness and asking for forgiveness and mercy and making up.
We become addicted to that and we long for that sweetness and that connection so we create the drama to get to it and think about what it is that we create in that drama.
What are we doing?
Why are we igniting this so that we can feel that sweet point,
That make-up point?
And then think about the make-up point.
So we hold this energy now,
This beautiful energy of the heart.
Feel that connection waking up your heart,
My love.
That part of your heart that has been seeking for this love and this kindness,
Compassion,
Connect to that now and allow it to come from a connection that is not connected to a human being.
That is where we see it.
That is where it is reflected to us.
But it is not from here.
It is not on this reality and this dimension.
This remembering in the heart,
This yearning and longing for this peace and harmony and friendship and love and passion.
All of that is a deep,
Deep memory that we were never allowed to forget because it's our inner compass that's guiding us home.
We are being called home to the place where this energy is,
Where we are and that this is a oneness.
Reconnect to that energy and see yourself in your own beautiful being.
No one needed to complete this for you.
But you are a sovereign being of light and love.
And you hold this code within you and you are holding it so that you can bring it in,
Standing here in this life,
In this form and bringing the energy in,
Transforming the frequency here by allowing the energy to flow through your form and bringing it in.
Honor you for this.
A silver thread of openness,
Clarity that we are beginning to come back to.
See that you are holding this yourself anyway,
Always.
And when we finish being in this beautiful form,
We'll take our last breath out of it and we'll shift right into that formless light aspect of ourselves.
It's a smooth,
Beautiful,
Easy,
Loving and gracious transition.
We move into it because it is within us.
We are simply pulled back to who we are as essence.
We open this heart and we remember all of this that we're yearning for.
And in the mind,
Because it's trying to create it here for us to see it again and feel it again because we're so homesick,
That we want to feel it here and we know that the only way we can feel and have an experience is when we connect or collide with another.
And when we touch another's life,
Then we feel our life.
We cannot know our life,
We cannot know who we are if we do not touch another's life.
So then we believe that this feeling that is yearning us and pulling us towards is reliant and dependent upon another.
It is not truth.
We may love being with another,
But it reminds us of this lovely harmonious feeling of light and compassion.
But it is not dependent upon the other.
For us to know this,
We know it already.
It is embedded,
Encoded in our being.
It is our inner compass.
It is pulling us home.
In this earth,
In this reality,
We are to help bring this memory back in.
And that's why we feel this immense compassion and forgiveness,
Non-judgmental energy.
And know how true this is for you.
Think about how you connect with those that you bring into your life.
Think about what you seek in them.
And then feel the disappointment when they cannot be completely that.
And the disappointment is not so much with them,
But this longing for it to be complete within us once again.
But we're trying to find it in this human reality.
It's not here.
We are trying to bring more of this light in,
But it is not here.
This is not its home yet.
See the game that we play,
That we are setting ourselves up for these disasters.
Because we are relying on another to fill a gap,
A sense of hollowness or a void,
Which is really just a memory and a deep inner knowing.
And we want to finish it and complete it.
It will be completed when we go back home after we've been doing this life journey.
We will feel that completion,
But that's not what this journey is about.
This journey is about bringing the light in and holding it here.
And we cannot hold the light if we play in distortion.
If we drop into a game,
A performance that draws in drama and karma,
We are of no help at all here.
We just create more static energy.
There is enough we cannot create anymore.
We cannot create even five more minutes of it.
There's just too much,
It's overwhelming fast as a species.
Come back to the yearning of your heart.
Feel the connection with the divine.
Feel this oneness.
Feel the sense being completely at home.
And notice when you do that,
You drop right into your center.
And right now in this moment,
There is nothing that you're doing,
Pursuing,
No performance and no other.
It is just you in this inner sanctuary,
This calm space of your light.
There is no game,
No performance,
No strategies,
No yearning even.
That when I drop into this place through my heart,
I'm at home already.
Giving this time to ourselves to reconnect here,
To strengthen this cord of light,
This luminous beautiful cord that holds us.
Helps us to then engage again in this world,
In this life,
To connect and even collide with others.
But all the time we come back to the center,
We replenish from here the truest source where there's no dependence,
No reliance on another.
Where we do not set up again and then bring it to your throat.
Feel this agreement now.
I'm going to give this to me.
I'm going to give me the opportunity of just being me in this life.
The highest vibration that I can be.
That I claim the space that I stand in.
I see myself in the center light,
This inner deep wonderful stillness.
And I claim my sovereign being.
Feel yourself claiming your energy.
See yourself coming into your center.
There is no one around you.
No attachments,
No dependence.
This is just you in this beautiful silver light.
This is just you.
And when we release from this life it will be just us as an energy field being pulled back to our essence.
For a little while we will be in this body.
And through this body that can see and feel and sense and integrate,
We will understand this life and we will bring in gifts of awareness.
These gifts will be gifts when we are aware.
We'll become more clear and more aware when we step into our center and soothe and calm down the static around us.
Like coming into the eye of a storm.
The very center all is calm and the swirling mass of confusion all around.
But see yourself standing in the center.
Let the clarity come to your mind and body and let it bring to you enormous courage and a commitment to you and to your most divine and most sacred life journey.
That you commit fully to being the best that you can possibly be in this life.
That you give the very best of who you are.
And the only way to do that is to plug in to the very best of who we are and to remember who we are.
Remember through the clear lens,
Not the distortions,
The gains,
The performances and the patterns.
It's a single cord of absolute truth.
And we awaken here at our third eye.
Our higher awareness.
The sensing and perceiving and understanding that goes beyond the way we've interpreted the five senses of our human form.
The five senses of our human form have created distortion in our system because we have needed them to help us to survive,
To keep alive.
Within that struggle of survival is a code of struggle and hardship.
So the five senses that have helped to protect us,
Defend us.
This is not a stable source of information.
We cannot trust what we are seeing or hearing.
There are deceptions and lies within them.
There are games and systems.
And there is familiarity which helps us to feel safe because it feels familiar,
Even if it's unpleasant.
We ask now that we can bypass the five senses of our mortal form and awaken into a heightened censoring and perceiving.
Opening up our clairvoyance,
Clairaudience,
Clairsentience,
Claircognisence.
Becoming aware that we can hear in a different way.
Opening mental telepathy.
The ability to see forward.
There is so much that is available to us.
When we stop playing in the static field of our dependence upon the five senses for information.
The information that will help us to do this life more elegantly.
It is here in this realm.
And the only way to access it is to quieten down,
To come into the space.
And come into your center and realign.
Taking a deep breath in,
Place your tongue gently on the roof of your mouth.
Breathe in through your nostrils,
Left and right.
Pull it to the point between the eyebrows,
The third eye.
Allow your eyes to drop back and down into these sockets.
And imagine you look backward towards your pineal chakra.
And you begin to see here.
In this deep inner quiet,
We awaken the cord of connection to the highest communication we can receive.
A clear pathway.
We are right in that silver line.
Right inside of it.
This is the space of absolute truth.
Feel yourself here as your divine light authentic being.
With all your heart and all your soul,
With every fiber of your being,
Claim the presence of you upon this earth in this form.
With this divine light that is informing you.
Rest in it and trust that there is an awareness in you that is getting messages beyond what you can fathom and process.
That even if your mind feels like there is nothing of value coming in,
Allow yourself to receive from this higher vibrational frequency.
Your being will guide you.
Every step and every breath and every beat of your heart.
You will be guided.
In the very center,
I remember who I am.
A divine being of light and love.
At the very center of my solar plexus,
I awaken again.
I remember who I am.
I remember my divine and sacred agreement.
I come into full agreement with it now.
Completely aligning myself.
I am here to be of great service and help and the greatest work that I can do is not to do but to hold.
To hold this divine light energy in me and through me and then to be present upon this earth and to ground and anchor it.
See yourself grounding and anchoring this energy through you.
And those who are willing to do this gracious gift,
Opening up these amazing portals of light so that this light and this high vibration that we know and yearn for can become more present in this duality experience.
Choose to be in the center.
Choose to be in the point of choice where you choose for your higher self and ultimately in doing,
We choose for all life.
All life is dependent upon enough lightworkers remembering and holding this gracious space.
All life.
Can you imagine how important this is?
And all I'm being asked to do is to remember who I am,
To connect into the divine light and then to hold it in my being with no performance,
No doing,
No structures or whatever needs to come in as form will simply happen.
It will unfold in its magnificence.
Let your mind rest in this.
Let your body rest deeply in this.
And in the resting of this deep assurance,
Let every particle of your being,
Let every atom and every fiber of your being reconstitute,
Reconnect.
See yourself allowing yourself to be healed,
For energy to flow within you.
Feel the support of this energy and the connection to the divine.
I am the very breath of the divine.
Hold yourself in absolute assurance of this.
If we are the very breath of the divine,
We understand and claim that there is no way we would let any contamination come into our being,
Toxicity of any kind come into this being.
There is no way we would distort our experience and there is no way we would allow this who I am,
The breath of the divine,
To be disrespected in any way.
There is no way we would allow for that.
In this disregarding of ourself comes the disregarding that is relayed back to us.
Remember who you are.
Highly regard this divine being that is the very breath of the divine,
This magnificent vessel,
This vehicle,
This gift of a being that can see and know and interpret itself,
That can experience and witness itself.
This is a glorious,
Glorious gift.
I highly honor,
Respect my being.
I bring into my being only the highest vibration of light and love.
I draw towards me all beings that are also here of high vibrational light who can stand beside me and walk beside me and that together we can amplify the field that there is no doing and no fixing,
That we are all complete already,
That some choose to play in distortion and it's causing too much static in the field.
Choose no.
Choose no more distortion.
Choose to be in your own beautiful light and hold it.
And the ones that you attract with this vibration,
Non-dependent,
Non-needy,
Non-conditional,
These are the beings that will help you to do your life journey in a way that amplifies the energy so magnificently and opens up a space for life to come.
This is the legacy we want to leave.
We want to give a gift to this earth if we can and this is the gift.
We change this trajectory.
We step into our space.
We hold our energy.
We connect in.
Feel the support of this body that is holding you.
Feel how strong and courageous and beautiful your body is.
There is so much going on in this body right now and there is absolutely nothing you have to do to make it work and function.
Your heart is beating.
Your breath is coming and going.
Every system is working within you.
Beautiful compositions and connections that are beyond what we can even fathom.
All of these are happening in every second of our being and they are here and happening and supporting us and holding us in the body and in life for as long as we need to be here.
When we decide why we are here and we remember,
Then this mind and body begins to collaborate with our systems,
With every particle in our being,
To create magnificence in our life,
In our body,
In our world,
In our mind,
In our connections and in our relationships.
Begin to stand inside of this awareness.
Feel your body,
Your strength,
Your beauty,
Your flexibility.
Become aware of how much you can feel because you have a body and make a contract with yourself to begin to delight yourself,
Admiring and honouring by delighting in life.
May this deep respect for life,
This deep honouring for life hold you in a beautiful,
Supportive and gracious way as you stand in your life and create your journey from a whole and a new perspective.
May this blessing truly pour upon you and in you and around you.
In the awareness of yourself as a being of light and a being of life,
May the two streams of energy merge into one beautiful flow that brings within you a sense of oneness completion.
And in this fullness of your life,
May you bring fulfilment in the most glorious and magnificent way.
