Holding & Releasing With Love

You know there is work to be done on another level when you have tried so many different things to solve your anxiety, depression, or frustration. When that feeling gnaws at you that you have not done enough or accomplished your dreams, regardless of how hard you have pushed yourself or tried to distract your mind with endless tasks to complete. There is something here that you are not seeing.

Lovely,

Lovely.

We listen to that sound and we mark a point right now with that sound.

We imagine that that sound is created as we strike a gong.

And the intention of striking that gong is that it will then make the sound.

And the sound continues even past that first moment of loud impact.

If we could listen very carefully,

We'd still be able to hear the faintness of that sound reverberating in the space around us.

See yourself now very intentionally picking up a striker and sounding it on a gong.

And in so doing,

Marking this moment,

This is the moment that I change the ripple of this journey,

This story.

And like the sound opening up all around me,

I ask that the healing of this opens up into all the spaces in my life,

In the field around me,

Into awareness and beyond,

And right through the quantum field,

Into all dimensions,

All spaces,

All places,

And into the ancient karmic journeys,

Ancestral journeys,

Into the energy imprints.

We imagine that this opening of the sound like a healing balm,

A light,

A laser light,

It is moving exactly where it needs to go.

We don't need to worry about where that is,

And we don't need to worry about what the pain was that began this.

But we do know from the history of our families that there have been many impact points along their journey,

And that there has been incredible hardship and difficulty.

And holding that awareness,

Holding your heart,

A deep compassion and love towards your loved ones,

Your ancient ones,

Hold the energy of honoring them for what it is that they endured and what it is that they understood through their very difficult and challenging life journeys.

And understand that there was a note that was created in that a decision was made,

Survive at every cost.

And you are holding that courageous decision in you,

This absolute compulsion to continue,

That even in the moments of your darkest despair and anxiety,

You've always known that there is something really important for you to be part of.

You have known and you have set a date even in your linear age of your human being.

You have said at this age,

I will see myself in this way.

And you have been seeing that well,

Clear,

Beautiful,

Healthy,

Vibrant,

Successful person.

And you have been walking towards that because of this code of survival that your ancients have embedded and imprinted into you.

Feel now that you can bring your heart to absolute compassion and love and gratitude,

The deepest energy of honoring those who have gone before.

And we thank them with all our heart and all our soul for their courage,

Their fortitude,

Their stubbornness,

Their determination,

Their perseverance against all odds.

Feel this energy around you like an armor and feel it as an empowering armor,

A suit of armor,

A strength.

That gives you immense courage.

Hold that awareness in you.

Wonderful.

And now hold the idea of survival.

That when we want to survive,

We find quick ways to stop the bleeding because we have to get on and fight and endure and struggle and suffer so that we can be the victors in this.

And think about the energy of survival and the mechanisms and the tools that were imprinted in your psyche through your line.

Just don't worry about it now.

Just quickly put a bandage on it,

Quickly harness it up,

Tourniquet it,

Put pressure on it and just keep going.

Grit your teeth,

Move through the pain and keep going.

And think about that,

What it might've been like in war years for our ancient ones.

There was this push to go on,

Have to go on.

And in our life now,

We translate that as endless pressure,

Endless stress.

Nothing is enough,

Nothing is ever enough.

And we have that code in us and you have this code in you now.

Stop yourself at a point of decision when you picked up that striker to strike that goal.

And imagine you are marking a moment at this point now where you changed the coding in the system from survival to thriving.

And see yourself as the one who makes this decision for your family to come.

Someone in our line has to be at this point to make the point of us switching trajectories.

And see yourself as the one who knew you would have to do this.

It is for that reason you saw yourself at this age fully accomplishing this.

You saw yourself now successful in your heightened potential,

Thriving,

Abundant,

Happy,

Laughing,

Established.

And you see that as the prize for all the great hardships that have been known before.

This is the prize.

When someone takes the trophy,

When someone says,

Yes,

All that training,

All that hardship,

That suffering has brought me to this point,

Then somebody must take the prize.

And see that as you.

That has already been encoded in you.

You are to take the prize because you are the one who's gonna make the switch.

Feel the strength around you,

That armor of determination,

Strength,

And courage,

And perseverance,

Determination.

Feel that armor around you.

Feel it as the most wonderful gift that you've been handed by your line.

And you suit yourself in this.

And as you stand in this amazing strength,

This absolute knowing,

You are able to pick up that striker and make the sound that marks the point of a new beginning.

And when we strike a gong,

We might then gently put down the big heavy striker,

Put it down.

We continue to hear the sound.

And we notice we are standing in the exact place that we were just a moment before.

But everything is different because a decision was made that would affect the trajectory of this line.

And we are marking it in history.

With this beautiful energy around you now,

Allow your ears to follow the sound as if you can continue to hear the sounds opening and expanding.

And in the place where you are standing,

Visualize these as sound waves moving in all directions.

And you are the one standing right in the middle.

And these beautiful sound waves are being created from that center point that you created in all directions around you.

You are standing there so strong,

So clear,

With a vision of who you are,

With the legacy of strength and courage and amazing fortitude,

Ingenuity,

Creativity as your armor.

You are standing here and you realize that if you turn your body slightly to one side,

You can see the beautiful sound waves opening up all around you in that direction.

And then turn yourself a little bit more and notice that you can see the space opening up with the sound waves in this direction.

And then turn your awareness even more.

And notice that no matter where you stand and where you turn,

That because you are holding the center point of this new space,

This new trajectory of awareness,

The spaces that are opening from this point of choice are all around you.

And because you are holding them,

You can go in any direction.

There is no right and there is no wrong.

There is no better and there is no worse.

That every path that you choose to take is just a delightful connection to something that is possible and that you are fully equipped to be in the space to move into it because you carry with you all the gifts that have been handed on to you,

That you carry them now with a deep sense of pride,

A deep sense of honoring,

A deep sense of love and gratitude.

I carry all the skills,

All the tools,

All the awarenesses,

All the ingenuity,

The brilliance of my line.

I am carrying these as codes.

And no matter what direction I take in my life and what I choose to play with and enjoy,

I am fully equipped to be in that space.

Imagine yourself choosing a pathway and see the pathway that you saw yourself in fully accomplished,

Established,

Feeling abundant,

Prosperous.

See yourself in your generosity,

Your expansive energy,

Your desire to uplift and uphold,

To strengthen and empower.

See all of this and see how it comes so easily to you.

It is so easy for you.

And you move forward with a sense of completion around you,

Fullness.

And as you move forward,

The energy that you are holding as waves of light open the space around you in all the directions.

Feel how these energy waves move towards those with whom you share your life.

And they receive a message that this dear soul,

He is strong,

He is so capable,

He is so quietly and gently assured.

They see your calmness and they see your certainty.

And the more you see them seeing it,

The more you see it yourself.

And you breathe into the space,

Remembering how you achieved this.

It was the legacy.

It was that incredible legacy that was given to you.

How would I not absolutely honor it by being it now?

How could I possibly ever have thought to disregard this was a worthwhile idea when there was so much suffering for this to be handed on?

I take it as the greatest gift and I hold it so humbly,

So beautifully,

So earnestly in my soul.

And I carry it forward with me.

I carry the legacy of strength,

Knowing purpose.

I can go in any direction,

In any way,

In any place,

In any time.

It is easy for me to be in this world because I have this deep inner knowing,

This absolute comfort at the center of my being.

I am standing in my absolute truth now.

Feel that strength in you.

Just breathe.

Feel the breath of your life coming into you and breathe very consciously now.

Breathe the light and the love and the gratitude into this gift that you've now seen in its absolute beauty.

Breathe into the space that felt like it was an empty void,

A downward spiraling vortex that never needed to be filled,

Could never be filled.

Breathe into it and imagine how much life force is going into it and filling it up,

A huge dam,

A reservoir of life and love,

Vitality,

Wellness,

Stability,

Calmness,

Peace.

Each breath as you breathe into your body,

Visualize this great chasm filling up like a dry parched canyon and suddenly great waters come into it.

They move into all those crevices and all those nooks and those caves,

Into the parched earth and life comes back.

Plants grow,

Creatures begin to swim in this beautiful life force.

It felt like a desert,

A lonely wilderness now filling up fullness,

Freshness,

Vitality.

Breathe it in.

Wonderful.

Rest your energy here.

Rest your beautiful body here.

Ask your beautiful being,

How am I now?

How am I?

Who am I?

What do I know so deeply?

What do I remember?

And what is the greatest gift that I can bring in?

And I'm bringing it in now.

I am deeply grateful for this pain,

This chasm of awareness that I have been holding for a long,

Long time.

It is not nearly as long as the arduous journeys of our ancestors.

I've been holding this for a fraction of time in relation to what it has been for us to move all the way through our line to struggle to survive.

For me to have struggled for just this little while,

It's a moment in time.

It's absolutely worth it for what it is that I gain now as clarity,

Heightened awareness,

And what I understand now.

Bring that energy to your center,

Your solar plexus.

Breathe deeply into your solar plexus as the breath comes into your nostrils and out through your mouth,

Feel the energy pouring into your solar plexus.

Visualize a beautiful light just pouring into this place.

See the hollowness that you have lived with for a long time.

See it filling up with this abundant flowing life force energy.

Feel the wellness coming in.

And be aware of yourself as the holder of this beautiful source of abundance.

Just as you were the holder of the pain,

Now you are holding this endless abundant resource of life force energy.

And we do not own it or possess it.

We just trust the flow is there and there is a stillness of assurance in that,

A deep confidence.

I am the holder of this life and I hold it with all my heart and all my soul for the well being of all life,

May all life prosper,

Thrive.

May all life know nourishment,

Nurturing,

Prosperity,

Happiness,

Wellness.

May all life flourish.

All of you.

We breathe through this beautiful being and ask this beautiful being now to rest deeply,

To allow this energy to move into every stream of awareness in your being.

Every cell,

Bone,

Atom,

Mitochondria,

Every nerve,

Into every fiber,

Every organ,

Into every tissue.

Let it move into your physical being and let it overflow into your energetic being.

The holder of abundant life,

I am.

Take a deep breath into that.

The holder of an abundant life,

I am.

As you rest into the center point and holding the affirmation of that,

Allow your body and your mind now to soothe itself into a deep and profound rest,

Asking that this cellular being at your sensory system,

That your auric field realign now towards this heightened vibration that you are holding right now.

May you fully integrate this level of energy and assimilate it into your mind,

Body,

Your soul.

Rest deeply now and trust all is perfect.
