Gracious Space And Grace

With such Grace, we can learn so much from the Spirit of the Animal Kingdom. We have played in separation for so long and in doing so we have felt the pain of that place of separateness. To know the pain is to feel it. To feel it is to heal it. We have been gathering the knowing so that we can choose for our Highest Good. The duality has highlighted our longing for the opposite of the pain, fear and suffering. To remain in fear and in the experiencing of duality just does not make sense.

So let's come into a much deeper space now where we can come into that place where we just allow ourselves to become more than who we are in this human form,

Step out of the perception,

The very limited perception of ourselves as a human being and this perception that is being gathering information about how we are and how everybody else is and how we should and shouldn't.

And so,

So much of what we know and understand about who we are and how we are is just accumulated little bits of data that we've tried to string together and make some sense of.

Deep inside we know that none of it makes any sense.

We've tried to imagine that we are all that is,

This one little human and that we're here and we've got to make a difference somehow the yearning to make a difference impacts us so deeply but we feel like such a small entity that there is a deep sense of helplessness and hopelessness that we are all experiencing.

And it comes from us knowing and understanding,

Thinking and believing that we are just one tiny little person.

We are so much more,

So much more.

And yes,

We are showing up as a being that's got five senses in our human form so that we can see and hear,

Feel and smell and taste but there is so much more to know.

And there's so many other ways of seeing and feeling and hearing and understanding.

And so we ask now that we can open up our sensory being and that we can begin to experience ourselves as magnificent beings of love and light which is what we truly are.

So the first step in connecting into that is just to be willing to agree that we deserve this life.

I'm willing to agree that I deserve this life and I deserve wellness and happiness,

Fullness and abundance and laughter,

Compassion and passion and peace and flow and ease,

Delight.

I deserve that and I'm just willing to say that I am.

And as you do that and you experience yourself in the space,

Ask your body to rest deeply.

And as your body relaxes,

Ask your body to become very comfortable and imagine around you as the most beautiful part of light and love and you've just stepped right into it and you allow your body to settle down and relax deeply inside this part of light and love.

And imagine that everything that is outside and around this part is what it is but right now you in the space you are safe,

Protected,

Insulated and it is a beautiful place to be.

Imagine yourself in incubation or imagine yourself in the womb and this is a whole different womb,

A space where we have this endless potential of our being and we are floating in endless potential.

So however you can visualize that,

Do it now,

Create it with your mind and visualize it,

See it.

What are the colors?

What do I look like in this space?

What does it feel like?

What does it even smell like or even taste like?

Being in this space,

What does it sound like?

Open up all your senses to be present in a space that you are imagining,

That in the image you can take yourself right there,

That all this life is an imaginary process of creation and you are creating this sanctuary space for yourself now,

That you are giving this gracious gift to you,

You are honoring this body that is known and felt so much,

You are stepping aside,

Coming into a resting point and all I have to do here is float,

Just float.

And as you float,

Feel how relaxed your body is becoming,

Feel warm and loved,

Safe and protected,

Just float.

And if thoughts come in,

Allow this beautiful liquid of love in which you are floating to bathe over the thought and wash it away and come back to absolute clarity.

Watch the colors and let those colors bathe and cleanse and clear every aspect of your body,

Clearing your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

Your energy imprints,

Your pain,

Clearing.

As you watch yourself,

You can observe how easy it is to be in this space and just float.

And if I'm releasing everything that no longer needs to be in my life and it is just fall away,

Feel how easy it is to let it fall away.

Feel if you need to grab it back in some way if you have to catch on to it.

Feel if you wish to do that,

To reach out.

Is there something you feel you have to hold on to?

But know in this place your form is so light,

There is nothing that you can hold on to.

Whatever it is that you are imagining,

It has too much density,

Your light being has no place to hold it.

It just falls right through you,

So all you can observe now is how it falls right through your hands.

It falls off your chest,

Off your shoulders and off your brow.

It falls off your back and your knees,

Your ankles and feet.

It falls off the top of your head.

There is nothing that can attach.

You are in a part of complete light and you and the light are one,

Barely now able to even see a form.

Now it just looks like a part of light.

You have a knowing of yourself inside of it,

But how you are and how you look and how you perceive yourself,

There is nothing to inform that.

There are no mirrors,

No reflections and no people giving us clues about who we are and how we must be.

There are no imprints,

There are no agreements and conditions.

There is just a quietness here,

A deep quietness,

A deep quietness like being in the depths of the ocean.

Deep quietness,

Peace.

Time to just be with consciousness.

Time to hear and listen,

Connect.

In the deep quietness,

I allow myself now to receive.

I do not even try and process what is being received,

Trusting that I am receiving now far out of the cognition of my human form.

I am receiving through clear sentience,

Clear buoyance,

Clear audience.

I am receiving through mental telepathy,

Outer consciousness.

If I am in this quiet place and there is nothing of me that is being identified,

Spoken about,

Touched or known,

And I am formless,

Completely formless,

Then everything that comes to me now from consciousness,

It is available to me but does not stick to me.

Doesn't need to be brought into a pain space to know it.

It simply is in the space with me and I am here and it is there and consciousness is all around me.

Feel yourself beginning to merge with the light,

The light and the energy of consciousness.

And it is here in the deep quietness,

The deep stillness that this flows into me with such ease and grace and flows out,

No holding,

Drifting in and out and through awareness,

Knowing,

Gifts,

Understanding,

Kindness,

Tolerance.

I am receiving it all now of expansion,

Of heightened awareness.

I am receiving it from all consciousness.

I have touched the exact moment when another has lost its life and the consciousness of its energy has floated into my awareness.

I am honoring that now.

I am honoring that all beings here will leave their energy imprints and for those who can receive and hear and feel peace here,

Feel the peace,

They are able to receive it,

Process it,

Integrate it and place it into this earth as a gift of an awakening energy.

Remember now when we breathe out,

When we breathe out absolutely fully and we press around the diaphragm solar plexus,

Squeezing the ribs together,

We are coming into an impact point activating at a very end point.

It is an end of a life point.

It is at that point that we drop in to surrender,

We release,

Know it and understand it as consciousness.

We drop into consciousness like the air,

It is always around us,

Always available,

It is here.

For us to receive it,

We need to surrender all the holding,

All the tightness,

All the controls,

All the shut downs,

All our pain.

Be willing to receive love and light,

Healing and flow and openness.

Be willing to expand.

When we know expansion,

We activate into it by contraction.

Next breath in,

Breathe out fully,

Breathe it out fully.

Feel the contraction as tightly as you possibly can imagine and feel an activate in your body,

Feel activation until it is so small,

So tight and feel the next point dropping and expansion.

Our human experience has been in that activation squeezing point.

While we are there,

We instantly know,

Yearn and desire for expansion.

How do we even know it?

We just know.

So for those who have been in big experiences,

Huge pain,

Have witnessed it and felt it,

We know that end point,

We know that activation point.

And knowing that point,

We automatically and instantly know the next expansion point.

This is already in your awareness.

You watch the reverberation moving from that impact point and felt it in the earth,

Felt it as a wave.

The wave came towards you and you received it through the soles of your feet and it touched your soles.

It impacted upon the earth.

It was the greatest impact of release,

A releasing energy with such thrust and force sends the imprint of consciousness of that loved one to us and for those who will hear will hear and those that will see will see and those that will feel will feel.

And what do we do with this?

What do we do with this expansion?

And what do we do with the gift that was given to us?

And how do I hold it?

We just release it in,

Holding it through our awareness and now release it into this beautiful pod,

This light space.

Feel it in you and open it up.

Don't contract it again into pain.

It is of no use if it's made small again.

Feel it and begin to open it.

Feel the pain and open it.

Follow the pain and open into it.

The ones that go and leave the imprints,

May their life and their journey and their passing be of great worth to us and it is of worth to us if we open the energy for expansion not contracted into our body.

Feel that switch and honor the passing so that you can expand it.

Honor the passing and make space in you and then around you and then into this part of consciousness.

Continue to open,

Glorify the life,

Honor the life that was given.

Send this note of consciousness into all that is.

Send it as a resonance.

Send it as a wave of knowing,

Awakening.

This is the gift that we can pass on.

We are opening up consciousness,

Not holding it tight,

Not wondering how to hold it in our human form.

It's of no use there.

It needs to be opened and we are simply a vehicle through which information can pass.

We are a processing being.

We are able to process through what we perceive,

Know,

Understand and experience what we sense and we are able to relay that,

Send it out from our sensory being out,

Sending out beams of light.

Like a lighthouse in a dark night,

You are sending new signals of hope,

Of safety,

Of wellness,

Of light,

Of love.

Send those signals out.

Send out the signals of forgiveness,

Kindness and compassion.

Send it out into all that is,

This beautiful calling from humanity.

And how does it do this?

Grace.

So much grace.

But the human being is able to receive grace and receive those imprints of energy and because we are holding a human identity,

We can send it to other humans.

Now connecting in to this place here above the crown and open up the top of your head.

Imagine the fontanelle as a baby that remained open so that so much information could come through.

We are holding this place now.

Light is coming through.

We are open.

We are clear.

We are connected and aligned.

Our stream of divine light now connecting in and merging into this human being that the human being and the light being completely integrated,

That we have been feeling separated for a long time,

We have needed to be in separation,

In duality to feel and know the fullness of the experience.

To feel it is to heal it.

In separation is pain.

We have felt the pain.

We have felt it and we are feeling it so we can heal it.

Now we are releasing our separation.

Draw the light here through the top of the crown and reconnect into your light cord.

I am at home in me.

I am at home in oneness and all that is.

The light of the divine pours in me and through me.

I am in the deepest peace,

Trust and knowing.

My breath has been reassuring me of this since my very first breath.

And when I take my last breath through this human being,

At the last moment of the breath,

When I release and release and release,

I will be in this gentle space of absolute knowing that when I release completely this breath,

My next breath will be into my light being.

It is this light that I have opened up here at the top of my crown,

Now fully integrated,

Fully connected.

I know that my passing can be without fear and trauma,

That I can hold this place of perfect peace.

I know it now from the end point of this human journey.

I know exactly how it will be for me.

And there will be no fear and no hardship and no sadness.

There will be a sense of completion and connection.

All that place where we can gracefully,

Graciously release the body and slip back into our light being.

There is nothing to fear.

This is home.

And I continue into the stream of home.

Now let this energy remind you and awaken you in this form that there is nothing to fear,

That we are in grace and love.

It is constantly streaming in,

Always available,

Pouring in through the top of my crown.

I am simply willing to accept this,

Willing to accept that I am a divine being of light and love,

That I am able to channel through this human form the grace,

The consciousness,

And I can bring it in my being just being here is enough,

That there is nothing else that I need to do.

Just being here,

Willing to hold this light is so much more than what I can ever,

Ever imagine.

Feel the grace and the love and the peace awakening in the heart.

I awaken to love.

I hold love and I hold compassion.

I hold it with such a deep yearning.

I have this yearning from what I have understood in my human journey as the contrast.

The yearning urges me to hold this even more dearly.

I hold this deep longing,

This desire and this willingness to be compassionate to me,

To be kind and gentle to me,

That if I can hold this in my own being as if I am one beautiful healthy cell in this entire body of humanity and all that is,

If I can be one beautiful cell of light and love and own it and hold it and honor it and value it and value me,

Then I am the one healthy cell that brings this opportunity to all the cells next to me.

When that electromagnetic field,

This imprint moves from one cell,

One being to another,

It is a process that is beyond our human interference.

Cells duplicate without us even being aware.

It is a process that is outside of our interference.

It is happening all the time and within my body.

I can accept that it is there and I am holding it and I am holding it now.

Just let that love and light be in you and hold it.

Just stay right here with that love,

Light,

Passion,

Peace,

Beautiful peace.

Just stay there.

Let the world go away and stay right here.

I am willing to give this peace to me.

I am feeling it as a divine gift through and into my heart.

We awaken now into the center of our being here in the solar plexus.

I am awakening into the magnificence of who I truly am here at my center,

Now recoding and reawakening the magnificent DNA that has been waiting for this awakening.

I now place a new imprint into the center of my being here at the center,

Like the center of a tree,

So deep,

So sure,

So there.

And here at my center,

I am in that perfect place,

Asking now that the body of my consciousness,

The body of this human being,

Hold the space with so much ease and grace.

In this beautiful space of light and love.

Around me,

I now begin to create a new electromagnetic field.

From the very center that I am holding,

To the divine cord of light and love coming into the top of my crown,

And bathing right through every chakra and opening and spinning the vortices of every chakra at the optimal speed,

Opening up,

Sending this beautiful light cord right down to the center of the earth.

I am in my truth,

I am standing as a portal of light,

A conduit.

I am able to hold consciousness through the human form,

So as to bring it in as a beautiful beacon of light for all beings.

Here at your second chakra,

Begin to create a new electromagnetic field,

As you are spinning this vortex and opening the chakra,

See yourself creating a new electromagnetic field.

What is it that you wish to electromagnetically draw into your field?

May you experience interactions,

Collaborations and connections with all beings of the highest integrity,

Light and love,

Compassionate and kind,

Considerate,

Advanced,

Advanced in spiritual knowing.

May you attract towards you partnership and kindness that is of this energy,

That recognizes and holds you and uplifts you as you do them.

Be supportive,

Connected.

May all your connections be of this beautiful stream,

Just feel it through your body,

Beautiful place of peace and love.

And so we hold this divine energy my angel,

Bring it down now into the base,

That I can hold this energy through this form and in this place with so much love,

So much integrity,

That I am balanced,

Aligned and connected.

Now awakening this body to its courageous,

Confident,

Strong,

Beautiful being.

Our body supports me and I move through this life with ease and grace.

I remain flexible and open to change and I move easily in any direction knowing that if I am in the center,

Every other direction is the perfect direction to be.

It is the perfect place to be because I am in the center.

I am holding myself in my center and I am bringing this beautiful peace into my beautiful body,

This assurance.

I stand in my assurance,

Life supports me abundantly.

Now,

Wellness,

May it flow in you and through you and around you now.

As you experience yourself embracing a higher vortex of energy,

May you breathe,

Think and hold your being in the most delightful,

Gracious and honoring way.

Love and light in you,

Through you and around you.

So much love.

Just rest in this beautiful peace,

Body open,

Aligned,

Flowing.
