Go Back In Time To Heal

Our Life is the connection to all Journeys from our Ancient past. We can move through an Energy synaptic cord, an endless stream of consciousness to travel back to clear the pathways of pain. We stand in front of the other to whom we caused an injury and ask for forgiveness and grace.

Take a deep breath.

As you breathe in,

Fill your whole being with this beautiful life force energy.

Breathe out,

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

We settle into this moment and we ask that right now we can use this mind,

Body,

This life,

This experience,

The awareness of life and people,

Interactions,

And all the connections that we know tangibly of this life,

Of this life journey.

And that we can link those connections all the way back into all the ideas,

Perceptions,

Beliefs,

Experiences,

Codes,

Chords,

And drama.

Way back so we know we are connected on an endless stream of consciousness and allow yourself to feel that.

And know that you are here at the perfect time holding a connection and remind your heart of what it is that you truly desire.

And think about how we do the pursuing of life,

What everyone else tells us we should be part of,

And how we make ends meet and just do the survival stuff.

That the heart is always calling for something and we find it in all the distorting ways that we normally find satisfaction of the heart's calling.

But it's never absolute truth.

It's always in this idea of a performance in the form.

But that calling of the heart,

That desire that we're looking for,

For peace and harmony and love and compassion and passion,

Connection,

Honesty and integrity,

All those things that we call from our heart and we try and capture them in our relationships.

Our relationships only show them to us,

Reveal them to us,

And then remind us that this is what our truly,

Our truly true dear heart is calling in.

So in this moment now,

Where we are,

Feel as if you're calling in,

And you're in this moment now,

Where we are.

Feel as if you can come into the space as just you as a being of light and energy.

Let your beautiful body be still and calm and hold you in the space.

Be aware that your heart is beating,

All your systems are functioning.

There's nothing you must do right now to take care of your body.

Nothing to take care of with your mind.

And that you've settled your mind and body and your being into this moment to do deep,

Profound,

Loving and gracious work.

And then we think about all the connections that we had through our mortal form in this life.

Think about your immediate family,

Then your friends and your community.

And see all these connections,

Some being so close to you,

And some a little further and a little further away.

It's just wonderful that we have so many ways to reach others.

But see all of your connections now outside of your energy sanctuary that you've created.

See yourself in a beautiful crystal pod of light and love.

And every relationship through all time is outside of this.

And from this beautiful,

Clear,

Pristine inner space,

It is easy to witness all the interactions that have taken place through time with the heart of the observer,

The witness,

And the one who can see with more compassion and kindness without feeling attached anyway.

It's not a detached energy.

It's a clean,

Clear energy pod that you're holding so that you can see more clearly without blaming and shaming yourself or blaming and shaming the other.

If you feel like that is still too close to you and you might drop into any of the guilt,

Shame,

Or blame,

Ask your beautiful energy pod to open a little wider and then see the others a little further away from you.

If you can see them now,

The ones with whom you would love to heal a connection,

And you could feel the kindness of you as a healer,

The one who is in this light capsule,

This beautiful crystal,

And those that are on the other side,

Not attached to you in any way,

And you not identifying yourself in the scenarios that you've created in any way.

In this perfect place of absolute calm of witness,

Allow yourself to feel loved,

Held,

And supported.

You are here as a capsule of information and energy as a healer.

You have dropped into a time and space that will help you to feel more comfortable.

You have dropped into a time and space that will help you to link this time space into all time space.

See this like an energy synaptic cord where you are being held now.

And that through this energy capsule you can radiate light energy like synaptic cords in all directions.

There would be a healing at this node,

This little hole in the middle of the earth,

There would be a healing at this node,

This little node of knowing,

Which could outgrow into all the spaces all the way through all dimensions.

You hold yourself here cleanly and clearly.

Feel this divine light pouring in through the top of your crown,

Bathing,

Cleansing,

Clearing you now so beautifully,

Replenishing you in every second.

Feel the purposefulness of being on this earth and holding the space now as the healer,

Absolute of the healer.

We ask now that we can move gently forward with our awareness,

With the one that we have shared this life,

One or many,

And that we can stand right in front of the one that we know we would love to bring healing towards.

We are still in our divine capsule,

This crystal of light.

Stand here as a light being in front of this one,

And open your heart to their heart and read their heart.

What does their heart tell you that is their pain,

Their distortion,

That is holding them bound and trapped?

And as you gaze at that,

Let this love open,

Open,

Open.

Good for you.

Just rest completely into that space.

Just relax,

Drop in.

As you breathe the heart,

Just pour love,

Kindness,

Soothing and healing towards that pain.

Whatever it is,

Feel that coming into that beautiful being.

And if there are others,

Adjust your position and just stand in front of them and do the same.

We feel like this is open heart surgery,

Where we open our hearts to absolute love,

Clarity and kindness,

Compassion,

The deepest understanding.

And through the eyes of the one that we are in this mortal form,

We see the roles that we have played with the other and them with us.

And we see this interchange and we fill our heart with immense gratitude for this connection that helps us to connect all the way back through this knowing to those deep embedded chords and codes of pain in ancient times,

Those immense distortions.

Take this interaction now,

Whatever it has been,

However it has felt,

And whatever the result of it is showing and revealing itself right now.

And imagine that you can use this like a laser optic light cord and you can travel back swiftly,

Efficiently through time.

And take yourself back to the timeline where this began,

And see yourself asserting your energy as a powerful being,

Strong and determined,

Courageous.

We see the times that we came into and how in so many ways that dictated the way we were to grow up and be.

And think about the era of such immense protection defending the energy of survival,

The energies of war and struggle.

And we came into those,

And in that we created incredible karma,

Imprints of pain and suffering in the ignorance of that time,

In the lack of clarity,

Just growing up,

Babies still.

And in this beautiful light pod that you are holding around you now,

Clear,

Clear,

Clear,

Stand in that place and see that interchange.

See the exchange of energy that you had with those there at that time.

And then we open our heart and we pull this loving light and compassion to each and every one that is there,

Starting with our own energy being as mortal form in that time.

We stand directly in front of them and heart to heart we open our heart to them.

Thank you for playing that role.

Thank you for being willing to go into that distortion,

Because it is that distortion that is held through all time,

Giving us the time now at the pivotal time of us deciding the ability to choose.

We cannot choose unless we know what it is that we will not choose.

All experiences through all time are worthwhile and necessary.

Place that energy imprint into the one that is in that ancient time,

Thanking them for the role that they were willing to play so earnestly,

So convincingly.

And release all karma and debt,

Pain,

All distortions,

All sadness,

All disappointments.

Release shame,

Blame and guilt now.

It was only so that we would see it was just a performance that I know your heart.

And now go and stand in front of the ones that felt the wound of our ignorance.

The wounds of having to experience ourselves so convinced of our role,

Our power,

Our ability dominate,

Our unwillingness to see and hear and think of another.

It was just the time and think of another.

It was just the time when the wound was there,

But we couldn't see it,

Because we didn't need to see it yet.

We needed to know it as a pain to choose again,

Choosing this life.

See the value.

Breathe,

Just breathe.

And ask now for forgiveness and kindness to come back to your heart,

To heal your heart from the compassionate light beings,

The forms that held that space with you.

Receive it back into your heart.

It was all part of the divine design.

It's perfectly fine.

Feel that compassion come back to you.

Feel that love and that loyalty that was always there.

And know and understand it now as a virtue that the heart seeks,

Because now we know what it is like to not have that.

Let your heart seek that.

Seek it with all your heart.

In this quiet space,

Clearing through all time,

Fields and dimensions,

We open up our compassionate quantum awareness,

Opening into the energy field.

May all distortions through all time,

Right through the timeline from the impact point all the way through,

Be released now like cords are knotting and unraveling.

See that beautiful line just clearing it up,

Laser optic light just traveling so swiftly along it now,

No tangles,

No distortions,

And bring yourself all the way back to this time frame.

Come back into the capsule that you are in.

We only had a visit for a while and bring the healing in,

The healing of this light magnificent being.

Just breathe it through.

Relax deeply.

Beautiful you.

Allow yourself to see you here in the perfect part of light and love,

And feel the perfection of the design.

Hold what you know now inside of this capsule as an energy of awareness,

Heightened consciousness,

Awakening awareness,

Transformation.

And radiate those frequencies out into the space that you are in now.

May it be felt and known.

May others connect into this.

May it touch hearts and minds and souls.

From our past,

We can redesign in the divine design,

Following the divine heart that leads us towards it.

Let the sense of absolute now fill you and bring you back to this place of quietness,

Deep compassion for the roles that we continue to play upon this earth,

May we do what we are intending to do and what we are meant to do,

And what we are meant to do.

But in the moment of connecting,

May we also see ourselves from outside so that the adjustments can come very quickly now.

Body being completely back.

Connect all your senses to this beautiful body,

And when you're ready to come back more fully into the space,
