A Journey Toward Our Awareness - Tone Therapy

We claim our Life Journey as we begin to acknowledge this Being that has the right to choose and in so doing we activate our free will. The greatest gift is to remember we have the ability to choose and discern. We give ourselves a rest from the overwhelm of too much involvement and find our inner balance and harmony. Listen to how your Mind and Body is calling for you to pay attention. Are you feeling angry, disappointed, frustrated…? We are beginning to rebel against coercion.

Beautiful us.

Let's go straight into this beautiful heart,

This energy that we are holding now.

Allowing,

Trusting,

Believing,

Remembering,

Opening,

Claiming and anchoring.

Think about all of that,

It's like a journey of awareness,

That we see and sense and all our senses open up to what is.

And our human part goes yes or no to it.

If it goes no,

We do all the reactive human stuff.

We think the human thoughts and all of that is just indicating to us that this is not for us.

It's not my truth,

I don't like it,

I'm not happy,

I don't want it.

And we allow ourselves to completely acknowledge that part of our human being that is giving us such a strong sense of this is not for me.

This is not how I want my life to be or life to look.

So right now I acknowledge your being for being able to know so absolutely not for me.

This is not how I operate my energy being,

My human being and this is not what I embrace in life.

And we feel that part of our humanness that is rejecting of it,

That is pushing the energy of that away from us and defending ourselves.

And we thank that part of us for being able to do this,

To show us so absolutely this is not for me.

And we notice how we do it as a human,

How we push against the person who's presenting it or the establishment that's presenting it.

But the person and the establishment and the scenario is only so that we can see.

We are an interface for each other.

We are helping each other to see,

To know and to feel.

Some will present and some will see.

And those roles will switch back and forth.

Sometimes it will show,

Sometimes we'll see.

And we see all of this as an exchange of energy.

So allow yourself now to feel absolutely clear in the exchanges that have been taking place in your life recently.

It's absolutely wonderful.

All of this that has been going on and there's your adorable human being,

Being a human being.

And we absolutely embrace that part of us,

Rest into it.

And see if you can rest into it now without placing any shame,

Blame or guilt upon your being.

No should,

Must,

Have to.

No conditional thoughts that could have been like this,

I could have been like that,

So that this could have shown up this way.

I should have done this,

So that.

None of that.

Just sweep it away.

Here was the performance.

I was in it.

Wonderful me.

And now I've stepped off the stage,

The great production,

And I'm starting to witness what was unfolding on that stage.

Stand now outside of the story.

Anchor your energy where you are.

That we can also observe ourselves,

Witness ourselves in this life journey through a different lens.

And we ask that we can witness ourselves through our higher self now.

Let the beautiful,

Loving light pour into you.

You take a deep breath in and just feel it coming into the crown.

And imagine your glorious human being is being refreshed and revitalized,

Reinvigorated with this inflowing energy now coming in through the body.

I acknowledge there is a part of me that wants the very best for life through me.

My higher self is working through this beautiful human being,

This being who can hold a space on this earth and feel and interact and connect and collide.

And that part of me,

My higher self,

Connected to all that is.

We feel that beautiful connection.

The warmest sunlight touches upon all of our skin,

No matter what color we are,

What shape we are and how we behave.

We all can feel the sunlight.

And we imagine that that is what we are sensing.

The connectivity to all that is in the beam of light and sunlight and shine.

It is equally given to all of us,

This air that is available for all of us to choose how much we would give to ourselves.

Whether we breathe in a very shallow way or whether we breathe abundantly,

The source is always here and it's always the same.

And we choose how much we'll give to our being.

And the choices we've been making up to now have been around what we think we deserve and the stories that say you can only have this if.

All the persecutions,

All the shutdowns,

The blaming and the shaming.

They've put us outside of being able to receive this without any story.

Opening here now into heightened awareness.

I understand that everything I've been moving through and understanding this life and perceiving me and all that is around me has been through a certain filter.

For a long time this way of seeing has served us so that we could just manage,

Just survive,

Just carry on.

But for many of us the anger is arising.

And we are saying no.

No more.

I don't want that.

It's not for me.

It does not resonate.

It's not my truth.

And for those who are stepping out of the box,

Who are releasing the filter through which we've been told we have to see,

We are starting to see again.

And we're not just seeing,

We are feeling.

And as we connect here into our divine heart and we start to feel in a different way,

Feel into our truth.

And draw that energy through your throat giving,

Allowing,

Deserving,

Trusting and into the divine heart.

When we connect ourselves in this way,

Without the self persecution we simply stand in what is and how we have been.

We stand in witness to our self and those around us.

And we hold ourselves in this neutral space of non-participation.

We give ourselves a little rest from all the activities that draw us in,

Pull us off centre,

Charge our energy in the most depleting way.

We are beginning to drop down through the heart into our very centre to remember who we are and why we are here.

A part of us is tuning in and that part of us is in rebellion and anger.

And the first expression of this is not for me is that,

Because that is the beginning of that point of pain being revealed to us.

And we find ourselves angry and rejecting because we have been led to believe that we have to suffer in some way.

That this is simply how it is.

And the rejection of the story is starting to create an anger within us.

Think about this anger,

This rebellion.

I will not be wavered,

I will not be cursed,

I will not be told what to think or believe.

Think of that as an energy that is being ignited within us and it comes from absolute certainty.

We cannot be certain without absolutely knowing,

Without absolutely trusting that what we are seeing and feeling is not for us.

The anger is setting ourselves free from that,

That control.

We are rebelling against it.

We are awakening the furnace of our desire and feel like that now is what is happening deep within.

The part of me that says no to this is awakening.

Like a great monster that has slept for a very long time,

Waking up angry and hungry.

We are so hungry for another way to be in the world.

And how do we even know what that is?

This divine heart has always known the way home.

Think about what you are feeling in those moments of rejecting,

Pushing the story away from you.

You are doing it because some part of you says,

I hold another way in me.

I choose something else.

Stand now in that place where you give yourself permission to be in the choice of something else.

Just stand in it as if it is a light beam that you choose to be within to bathe your entire body.

And you are simply standing there and there is no doing,

No activation,

No coercion that anyone behaves in a certain way so that we can feel safe.

No story,

No attachments,

No drama.

Just be there in that space.

Acknowledge that there is a part of you that holds a key.

It knows what it wants and knows what it seeks.

Our anger is pushing us away from what it is that we have been doing as procedure and routine,

Stories and systems.

But let's stand here with the energy of anger and not throw it away from us by throwing it towards someone else.

Just hold it inside of you like an energy furnace that starts to activate.

I know what it is that I would want to bring in now.

I know what I stand for.

And remind yourself that because you know you are the one to bring it in,

There will be many who will not reject the systems.

They are not here to change them.

Those who are feeling the pain and the anger and the disillusionment,

You are feeling it so that you can change it.

And all we have to do is recognize that without throwing our energy away.

And in your truth,

Do nothing.

Just hold it as an energy.

Feel it awakening within you.

Strength,

Determination,

Even stubbornness.

Doesn't matter how we interpret it.

Courage,

Resolution.

Whatever we decide and however we hold it,

Hold it with that power.

Now see the two points of contrast beginning to connect the energy that I'm holding that is the exact opposite of the indicator that has come into my life.

Imagine yourself holding that.

See the catalyst that began this and you just hold the space.

Stabilize the energy.

Imagine yourself like a portal of light anchoring and holding energy.

Just like a lighthouse.

You see men's strength,

Courage.

I simply hold this different frequency.

I do not diminish it by blaming and shaming me.

I relish my anger,

My strength,

My determination.

And I see that as an anchoring energy like a scaffolding going deep down into the earth and I'm holding it now.

I'm the one that knows what it is and so I stand within it.

While this body assimilates into that energy field,

Imagine yourself right in the center of a circling vortex of chaotic energy.

You are strong and held and centered right there in the center.

What a wonderful energy.

What a wonderful place for us to be.

Just breathe and relax and be here.

Nothing to do.

No story,

No attachment,

No drama,

No history.

Nothing at all.

If your being says,

But I don't know anything,

I don't know how to be here.

Great.

Because the mind hasn't got any constructs that is trying to push into it.

They are always old stories.

Stand here without knowing or needing to know.

Stand here and be completely neutral.

Simply allow and trust you to be the holder,

The guardian of an energy that is the contrast to what it is that is swirling in the chaotic field.

Calm the swirling energy down by stabilizing you.

Beautiful here.

With all my heart and all my soul,

I stand in the absolute of who I am.

This beautiful human being that has been guided by the light of all that is.

This amazing journey.

Now I can be at any place,

At any time,

With anyone in any way.

And I can stand and hold myself.

Non-reliant,

Non-dependent,

Unconditional,

Holding,

Sovereign,

Unique,

Connected,

Aligned and fully integrated as a human being and a light being.

What a wonderful gift for us to be here now and know how to hold this energy.

What a gift this is.

Let your beautiful being simply breathe into it and relax deeply.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I claim this life as my most amazing,

Most purposeful.

And there is no doing,

It is only a holding.

I open the pathway through me,

Forward through all time,

Like a lighthouse transmitting a light out into the darkness.

Those who will see,

Will see.

Claim your energy,

Claim your space.

Radiate this energy outward from you.

The more we can stand here,

The more opportunity this mind,

Body and being has of reawakening into the codes,

The embedded awareness,

The gifts that have been given to us to do this next part of our journey.

If we can just stand still a little while and simply be.

Then all these gifts will awaken in us the DNA,

The cellular structure,

The imaginal cells.

They all begin to recreate around us.

There is nothing for us to do about that.

But to honor the space,

Be in it and hold ourselves here.

With all my heart and all my soul,

I do that now.

Beautiful you.

For everyone who shares my life,

I thank them for participating and holding me here.

I stand in my truth,

Strength and beauty.

I am balanced and clear.

My body is in perfect harmony with mind,

Body and soul.

This life holds me in the most wonderful way.

I support all life in me,

Through me and around me.

Allow your being to rest into the space,

To allow everything to unfold.

Trust divine guidance to help you and support you.

There is nothing to do but to receive and allow and trust.

What a wonderful time it is for us to remember who we are.

May the energy of this hold you and encapsulate you,

Protect you and guide you.

May it uplift your life and bring abundance and flow and ease,

Lightness and laughter towards you.

See yourself in the capsule with these blessings holding you.

They can be part of your electromagnetic field that you are creating around you now.

That draws towards you all the gifts that you are willing to receive.

That your heart is yearning for you to be willing to receive.

So that that imprint can establish itself here in this time field,

This dimension through you.

Understand this part clearly.

We send immense love and gratitude to our guides,

Angels and divine presence for holding us so sweetly and gently.

We can allow ourselves to gently come back into this time and this place.

And know that we hold our energy in a different way now.

We slowly start to connect with the time of day,

The season,

The year,

The temperature.

We hear our name.

Be aware that your body is breathing for you.

Your heart is beating.

You are being held.

Everything is working in your systems functioning beautifully.

And your conscious awareness is growing and growing because we are feeding it and nourishing it.

What a gift it is.

What a gift we are at this time.
