It is so hard when you are in the thick of it. It is so much to deal with. And there are so many complicated and heavy emotions. I breathe. I remember there are highs and there are lows. This is definitely a low. The highs will come again. Every storm will run out of rain. And this one will too. Better days will be here again. Easier days will be here again. Right now I can do what I need to do. Let's take care of myself and my needs as best I can. I care for me while facing all the challenges and difficulties that I'm going through. I will get through this. I accept that I'm going through a hard time. My energy is so depleted. I can let go of certain things. And give myself compassion. I can hold on to my sources of strength. And give myself love. I give myself the words of resilience I need. I go inside for the strength to endure. I'm doing what I can to problem-solve. I'm doing what I can to gain clarity. I'm stronger than I know. There will be a time when this will feel less stressful. And I will feel more confident. There will be a time when this will feel less stressful. And less painful. I am holding on. I am getting through. I am listening to my needs. And I'm being resilient.
