I'm here for you.

These emotions aren't going to last forever.

These emotions are only going to be here for a while.

And you and I are gonna get through this window of time until these emotions pass.

We're gonna get grounded.

So right now rub your hands together.

Hold on to a stress ball or do some tapping.

Let's do some deep breathing.

Going into your body.

Keep breathing.

Deep breaths.

Sending that message to your parasympathetic nervous system.

I am relaxed.

And now going into your body.

Noticing where the stress is.

And just like draining a bathtub,

Going from the top of your head,

Start feeling that tension lower down.

Feel a strain come through your head,

Down your face.

Drain through your neck and your shoulders.

Feeling lighter and lighter as it goes lower and lower.

Down through your chest and your arms.

All through your stomach.

Feel the anxiety,

The panic to flow down through your hips and through your thighs.

All the stress is passing through your knees,

Moving down your legs,

To your ankles.

And just like opening a tap and releasing water.

Releasing the strain and the stress now.

Out your right baby toe.

Allowing the stress to come out your right ring toe.

All this emotion leaving through your right middle toe.

Sensing the stress.

Continue right on out to your right second toe.

And now all the strain coming out your right big toe.

Wiggling the toes of your right foot.

Feeling how light and free you are.

And now moving your attention to your left foot.

Feeling the worry and tension coming right out of your left big toe.

All the strain and pain is now leaving your left second toe.

The fear and insecurity is flowing away through your left middle toe.

The tension and stress is clearing you through your left ring toe.

And all that's remaining is clearing out your left baby toe.

And now scanning your body from the top of your head,

Down your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

You feel how the strain and the stress has left your body.

Moving down your chest and your arms,

Into your stomach,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Feeling the release.

Feeling lighter.

Down through your knees.

Down through your ankles and your feet.

Out goes the stress.

Out goes the strain.

Out goes the tension.

And now here you are in stillness.

Here you are in peace.

Here you are in flow.
