I know how fearful and anxious I can get when it comes to flying.

I recognize that I can do a few things to help myself,

To make flying easier and smoother for me.

I'm choosing to plan and prepare so that I can care for myself if I'm experiencing fears related to flying.

I think of and remember my purpose for this trip.

I keep on remembering why I'm flying and why it's helpful.

I prepare myself to have reduced stress levels.

I keep myself hydrated and nourished.

I have a plan in place to prevent motion sickness.

I download the movies,

Shows,

Or podcasts that I need to,

So I have them ready.

I make sure I bring the music,

Books,

Magazines,

Or activities that will keep me occupied.

I gather positive information.

I collect positive thoughts.

I connect with the crew and even share with them what I need.

I practice relaxation techniques if they're helpful for me.

I practice visualizing scenes of joy and fulfillment for me.

I get mindful and can squeeze my own hand for comfort or the hand of someone with me.

I am handling this with care,

And with clarity.

And abilities to get through this.
