Some moments are really hard,

Some seasons are really hard,

Sometimes I just wish certain problems would just go away.

I know I need to face life,

And I remember I have courage.

I can face anything I'm dreading with courage and tenacity.

I accept what is.

I accept what's here and I stand in my power to handle it.

I remember in life there are wins and there are losses.

History is full of journeys of trials and triumphs.

I rise in this moment with gratitude for what I have,

With a focus on the positivity and an acceptance of what is.

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am cared for.

I anchor myself in who I am.

I've worked hard to be here and I'm finding more strength in accepting what is.

I am living in clarity and inner peace.

I am intelligent.

I am smart.

I set boundaries.

I adapt.

I brainstorm solutions.

I am accepting what is.

I nourish myself mentally,

Physically,

Emotionally,

And my spirit is in.

A good place.

I tighten and loosen attachments as needed.

I broaden or shrink my attachments as needed.

I accept what is.

I do what's right for me.

I give what's best for me.

And I put into action what's working for me.

I am accepting what is.

And I am navigating it all with self-love,

With resilience,

And with peace.
