Constant use can affect your sleep,

You don't want to be an eye zombie.
Let's take a short moment to reconnect with ourselves,
And decompress for our well-being,
In order to rest,
Reset,
And refocus.
Mindful self-care,
Away from any calls,
Texts,
And notifications,
Can be a rare and precious treat,
And worth every second.
This short smartphone detox FICA session will allow you to get some peace and relaxation,
Quickly and efficiently,
For the betterment of your lifestyle,
And to honour the love for yourself and for your relationships.
By the end of the session,
You will be returned to a normal waking state,
Ready to live your day.
Let's begin.
The very first thing,
As you can guess,
Is to set any smartphone,
Computers,
And devices alerts on silent mode.
And better still,
Turn your phone off for the duration of this session,
If you're not playing this track on it.
You can lightly close your eyes,
And easily rest them,
From looking at the light of your screen.
So now,
While sitting,
Reclining,
Or lying down,
With your eyes closed,
All the way,
Let's take some deep breaths,
In preparation to immerse fully,
Into a state of ease.
Inhale to your full capacity,
And on the exhale,
Just let it all go.
During this session,
You are leaving all your text messages,
Emails,
Internet usage,
Photo taking,
FaceTiming,
Games,
Apps,
Chimes,
Ringing,
And vibrations behind.
You prioritize this moment,
Breathing nice,
And deep now,
Cycling the oxygen deep within you.
Start to feel it flow,
And now feel a heaviness,
Overcoming your eyes.
Feeling your eyeballs very heavy,
In their sockets,
And your forehead smooths out,
With no concern on your brow.
Your temples sink towards the floor,
As a powerful wave of relaxation,
Overtakes all of you.
Deeper down,
