Good morning and let's begin the day by setting our intention and centering ourselves.
So I invite you to start off by just taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
As we continue this,
Imagine breathing in all the energy that you need for the day.
Today is a new day and let's set our intention for what we want to achieve.
It can be small or as big as we wish,
There's no right answer.
Once you are happy with the intention you have set,
Just let it go and trust that it will begin to manifest.
So let's come back to the present and bring our focus to our breathing.
Let's take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it and slowly let it out through your mouth.
Let's continue this as you allow your whole body to relax.
So in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Today is your day,
It doesn't matter about the past,
Today is a new beginning and not everyone is fortunate enough to have the same opportunity.
So make the most of it.
As we move our focus back to our breathing,
Just start becoming aware of all the things that you're grateful for,
The people in your life,
The time right now that you're able to spend on yourself.
And as you do this,
Just truly feel it.
And as you do this,
Just allow that feeling to just fully fill your body.
So just take a minute to do this.
To complete this meditation,
Let's just finish by taking three deep breaths together and with each one,
Breathing in the energy that we need for the day.
So let's do this together.
Another one in through the nose and slowly release.
