Come and join me on this sleep meditation.

I invite you to get comfortable and give yourself permission to take the next few minutes to relax.

Let's begin by closing our eyes and taking a deep breath in,

Feeling that air travel deep into our stomach.

And as we continue breathing deeply,

Slowly becoming aware of the sensations in your body,

And starting to become aware of any areas that you are holding tension.

Feel those areas slowly releasing and the tension stored leaving your body.

Feel your jaw soften and your face relax as you begin to slowly work down the body,

Allowing the body to soften and release any stress that you've taken on today.

Allow yourself to acknowledge any emotions that you feel during this process.

Once you have felt them,

Allow them to be sent off and released.

As for right now,

You are here,

Breathing in,

Allowing yourself to wind down.

Continue traveling down your body,

Allowing the muscles in your back to release,

Your hips to soften,

The muscles in your legs and your knees and your feet just releasing,

And just softening,

And just take some time to yourself to really relax and release all those tensions.

As you continue to breathe deeply with your relaxed body,

Give yourself permission to have a good deep sleep because you truly deserve it.

You may have a lot going on in your life at the moment,

And that is okay.

Right now,

You are worth taking this time to relax and drift off,

So you can be the best version of yourself.

To finish up,

Let's just take a few more breaths,

And with each one,

I want you to drift deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
