Fantastic! That was one of the most riveting and creative visualizations I’ve ever heard. Part of it reminded me of an actual waking experience that I had years ago when I saw my higher self or future self in the mirror. You captured the essence of that experience very well. I have one suggestion: Try the free Audacity software to edit out the background noise. It helped me improve the sound quality of my own recordings. Thanks for a great meditation!
