I decided to record this simple and short meditation because of the Silent Voice that I have experienced and felt inspired to share it with you. How can a voice which is described as silent, also be heard? As human beings we have many gifts and this is just one of them.

It's Josephine, And thank you for choosing my voice to listen to today. Let's begin. Firstly, Settle your body. Get as comfortable as you can. Either sitting or lying down, Whatever feels right for you. Then take a few moments to become aware of your breath. Ah yes, It's that awareness again, That familiar nourishing place. Softly close your eyes when you are ready. Now with your awareness remaining within, Gradually flow to the place you love to be. Guided by your breath. The place of perfect peace. The place where love resides. Your inner sanctum. Sacred. The secret. See your inner light. The light that never, Ever diminishes. The light that guides. That shows the way. Hear the silent voice that speaks truth so clearly. The voice that expresses what is important. The voice that speaks only at the perfect moment. The voice that is wisdom personified and never, Ever lets you down. The voice that is beyond thought, Beyond the mind. The voice that can only be heard when we are completely quiet and still. Breathe and enjoy this quiet, Blessed time of inner knowing. Rest in the sanctified place. Clear as crystal. Heart full of unadulterated love. Alive. Alive. Alive. Simply witness the magnificence of who and what we truly are. Just be. You are loved. You are cared for. Now and forever. All is well. And all will be well. And so it is.
