Welcome to your guided meditation.
What follows will firstly help you to relax and then you will be taken on an inner vision so that you can easily connect with your light body or your soul.
The soul longs for recognition and the soul longs for connection.
Connecting with your inner being brings with it a feeling of peace and tranquility,
A feeling that will nourish you mentally and spiritually.
After listening for a while it is possible that you will feel deeply relaxed and sleepy so make sure that before we begin you are lying down,
You're warm,
Comfortable and safe and that you won't be disturbed for a while so it's a good idea to switch off notifications on your device.
Now scan down through your body to check that you are relaxed.
Just allow your hips to roll open.
Feel that your feet are heavy and supported.
Your arms are open and softly bent and away from your sides.
The palms of your hands are facing upwards with your fingers slightly curled.
Feel that your body is heavy and supported as well.
Your face is relaxed and your lips are ever so slightly turned up as you reflect your inner smile.
Your jaw is soft and your tongue away from the roof of your mouth resting behind your teeth.
By now your eyes are gently closed and they feel heavy in their sockets.
You begin to be aware of your inner eye as you leave the stimulus of this world behind just for a while so that you can focus and connect with your soul.
Notice your breathing.
Breathe in more deeply than usual and then slowly let your breath go.
Do that again.
Breathe in more deeply and let that go.
And once more.
As your breathing returns to normal notice how your breath simply comes and goes all by itself.
Your breath is your easiest conduit to connecting with your beautiful flawless soul.
Experience that awareness.
Feel the perfection of it.
Your breath simply flows quietly in and quietly out.
Softly in and softly out.
Right,
Rising and falling rhythmically.
In your mind's eye see the purest white shimmering light coming into your body through both of your feet.
This pure divine light moves slowly up your legs and gently comes into your body.
It continues its journey up into your chest and then it fills your head with its sparkling healing brightness.
It cascades down over your shoulders and down both of your arms and into each of your fingers.
It penetrates every cell,
Every bit of you,
Every nano particle.
It is whole and complete.
In your mind's eye see your light body in all its magnificent splendor.
Hold this vision for as long as you are able.
Come back to your breathing whenever you remember.
As your breath helps to keep you focused,
Feel your life-giving breath rising and falling.
Sense the cool air as you breathe in and the slightly warmer air as you breathe out.
Notice how your chest expands a little when you breathe in and contract as you breathe out.
Focus again on your inner light body because it has not left you.
It is still there as always.
Life unfolds and brings life's lessons and you survive.
You thrive.
You evolve,
Traveling ever closer to your heart's desires.
You are one with life.
You are not only human,
But you're also a being of pure light and love and you are perfect just the way you are.
All is well and all will be well and so it is.
