In every moment the body is healing itself. From my personal experience, the body actually has the power to heal itself of all diseases - that is if we work with the body rather than against it. In this guided meditation, you will be taken on an inner journey to discover the relationship between the mind and body. You will realize from experience just how negative thinking, over thinking and reacting can affect our state of health and prevent the body from fully healing.

Now please find a comfortable place to sit and when you are ready close your eyes.

This will be a guided meditation for 30 minutes.

Keep your eyes closed throughout the guided meditation.

Relax the shoulders and breathe through the nose.

And if you cannot,

Breathe through the mouth.

Let us just be aware of the breath for the next minute.

Be aware of the breath as it is,

Letting the breath happen naturally.

If the breath wishes to be fast,

Let it be fast.

If the breath wants to be slow,

Let it be slow.

No matter what happens,

Do not try to control the breath.

Do not try to control the truth of what the breath wishes to be.

Remember,

To be aware of the breath means to simply be aware of any physical sensations happening inside and around the nose.

Just being aware of the breath allows us to get into the state of meditation,

Of simple observation of the truth of the present moment.

So just observe the breath for the next minute.

Keep your awareness on the breath.

From time to time,

You may experience wandering thoughts.

Just keep pulling yourself back to the breath.

Just observe the breath.

Keep on focusing your awareness on the breath.

Simply observe the breath.

This is meditation.

Every time you do this,

You are improving your health.

The body is healing when it's at rest.

When we are one with the breath,

We are at peace,

We are at rest.

So keep on observing.

Instead of thinking,

Simply observe.

Just observe the breath.

Being aware,

Aware of the breath coming in and coming out.

Just be aware.

Be aware even of the moments in between the breaths,

The silence in between the breaths.

Be aware of every moment by observing every moment of the breath.

Wandering thoughts will come from time to time,

But instead of dwelling in them,

Let the thoughts come and let it go,

Let it go.

When we do this,

We are working with the body to heal itself.

There is no need to think in the practice.

Just be aware of the breath.

Listen to the breath.

Keep it simple.

When we do this,

Keeping everything simple,

We are working with the body to heal itself.

So just observe the breath.

Keep on observing.

Keep on observing the breath.

Every time you do this,

The body is healing.

How does it feel when you are simply observing the breath?

It's a peaceful state.

It's a healing state.

Feel the body healing.

You may experience the hands warming up,

With the breath becoming fuller,

You becoming more relaxed.

That's natural.

So a part of healing.

Keep on working with the body to heal itself.

Keep on observing the breath.

Keep on observing.

Keep on being aware of the breath.

Feel the sensations of the air coming in and out.

Every moment,

When we are simply observing the breath,

We are working with the body to heal itself.

So just observe the breath.

Observe the breath.

Keep on observing.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

The body is divinely designed to heal you of everything,

Healing you from all injuries and diseases.

With every breath,

The body is healing.

Healing.

You know the healing power of the body from experience.

You know that if you cut your fingers,

You will heal with time.

If you get sick,

You will heal with time.

Realize the body is divine.

It's designed to heal you from everything,

Injuries or diseases.

So work with the body to heal.

By simply observing the breath,

Experience the healing now.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

In every moment,

The body is healing us,

Protecting us from germs and viruses,

From the pollution in the air,

From the unhealthy foods we eat.

If it's not healing us or protecting us,

We wouldn't be alive right now.

The body loves you.

Your body cares for you.

Protecting you and healing you in every moment.

So work with the body by resting your mind through simply observing the breath.

Letting the wandering thoughts come and go.

Letting everything go.

Just observing the breath.

Helping the body to heal.

Just observe the breath.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

We can accelerate the healing by working with the body instead of against the body.

Realize that when we do too much to stress the body,

For instance when we eat too unhealthy,

Or when we sleep too little,

Or when we overwork,

We are going against the body.

Stressing the body.

Work with the body by allowing it to rest,

By simply observing the breath.

Love your body as it loves you.

Love your body as it loves you.

Whenever you experience wandering thoughts,

Just pull yourself back to the breath.

Love your body as it loves you.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

Every moment when we are simply observing the breath,

We are healing ourselves from old wounds,

From old trauma.

We are healing our body and mind.

So rest the mind by simply observing the breath.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

With every breath,

Absorb the following wisdom.

Realize that the most stressful thing we can do to the body is when we go against the body mentally,

Inside.

When we think too much,

We are going against the body.

When we dwell on negative thoughts,

We are going against the body.

We are going against the body.

So let go of the wandering thoughts.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Work with the body to heal,

To heal you from old injuries,

Old diseases.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Realize the importance of simply observing the breath.

Every time we do this,

Observing the breath,

We are no longer in the state of dwelling in thoughts.

We are no longer in the state of thinking too much,

Of reacting too much.

When we simply observe the breath,

We are in a restful state.

We are in a healing state.

So just observe the breath.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Let's go deeper into healing by letting go of the wandering thoughts inside.

We do this by simply observing the breath.

Thoughts about people,

Let it go.

Thoughts about work,

Let it go.

Thoughts about problems,

Let it go.

Let it go by coming back to the breath.

Thoughts about the past,

Let it go.

Thoughts about the future,

Let it go.

Thoughts about games or music or entertainment,

Let it go by coming back to the breath.

Just be present.

Simply observing the breath.

That's how you work with the body to heal.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Keep on coming back to the breath.

There may be times when we are reacting negatively.

Maybe towards a wandering thought.

Or to the meditation practice.

Or to a particular pain on the body.

Work with the body by releasing inner negativity.

Work with the body to heal.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Every time you experience a wandering thought,

Don't dwell in it or react to it.

Just simply observe the breath.

That's how we let it go.

That's how we rest the mind.

So that the body can heal.

Let go of the negative emotions.

The more we develop stillness,

The more we will uncover the unstillness,

The wandering thoughts within.

Which are preventing us from healing.

Let these thoughts go by simply observing the breath.

That's how we develop stillness.

Deeper and deeper.

Deeper stillness.

Deeper healing.

A journey of stillness,

Chaos.

Stillness,

Chaos.

This is how we go deeper into the mind.

A journey into ourselves.
