Welcome,
John Vincent here,
With a Maladhara Chakra meditation,
Coming to you from India,
The home of the Chakra,
At the root,
Is called the Maladhara Chakra.
During this guided,
Eyes closed meditation,
You can feel into that point,
At the root,
Centre.
And so before you relax comfortably,
In this guided,
Eyes closed meditation,
Visualisation,
Process,
Information differently,
Inside,
And so before you go into trance today,
Make yourself comfortable,
Sit in a comfortable position,
Or lay down in a very comfortable position,
Your body differently,
Move it,
And just feel into where you are,
Being fully conscious,
Fully aware in this moment,
Because in a moment,
You can let all of that dissolve,
And drift away,
As you close your eyes,
And relax,
By first taking a breath in,
Nice and simple,
Take a deep breath in,
And you hold that breath for as long as feels right for you,
Breathe out when it feels right,
And hold that breath only for the moment that is right for you to release,
Now as you notice,
Noticing,
The area that is your root chakra,
Located at the base of your spine,
Do you need to turn up the colour of it first,
And notice the gentle movement of the wheel chakra,
Is responsible for you feeling safe,
For you feeling relaxed,
For you feeling release in motion,
And feel a feeling of security,
And feel solid foundations,
And feel those feelings deep down inside,
As you notice,
Noticing,
Your root chakra is red,
As you adjust that colour red to make it,
And as you adjust the movement and gentleness,
Is the chakra of feeling safe,
Feeling relaxed,
Feeling solid,
Feeling standing,
The root chakra solid,
And moving experience,
Feeling supported,
By the planet that birthed you,
And that you allow yourself as you drift,
Into this experience,
Now,
And as you sleep and dream.
