You are invited to notice the sensations in your feet as they touch the ground, and your legs as they move in the experience of walking. The meditation leaves you with an opportunity to continue walking mindfully for the rest of the day.

As you're walking just being aware of the sensations in your body and bringing awareness to the feeling in your legs and your feet.

Being aware of the feeling as your feet touch the ground and as they move away from the ground.

Noticing the feeling as they touch the floor and as they leave the floor and noticing the feeling in your legs as they move,

As they brush past each other.

The feeling of any clothes on their skin and just maintaining this awareness as you continue to walk.
