As you're running,

Being aware of your feet as they hit the floor and as they come back up.

Being aware of the feeling in your body as you move.

Feeling your arms as they swing by your sides.

Being aware of how that feels.

Bringing an awareness to your breath as you breathe in and out.

Bringing an awareness to this experience of running and how it feels in your body to be running in this moment.

And continuing this awareness as you continue to run.
