Bringing a mindfulness to your cooking and to your preparing your food.

So coming into the present moment and being aware of the feel and touch of anything that comes into your hands,

The textures and weight of any ingredients and foods that you're preparing,

Any knives or spatulas or spoons or any other instrument or handle of the frying pan,

Anything that you're handling just bringing an awareness to those feelings and sensations and noticing how they feel in your hand and also being aware of the smells as they reach your nostrils and the colours,

The sights of everything that you're handling in the kitchen as you prepare this food for yourself.
