Welcome to our meditation.
Thank you for taking time just for you.
I encourage you to get into a comfortable position,
Whatever you choose that to be for this meditation.
And I invite you to close your eyes.
Rest your body anywhere you're feeling any discomfort.
And allow your body to sink into whatever position you've chosen.
And let's start to slow our minds and calm our bodies by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And then gently let that go.
And taking another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And sighing that one out.
And just allow your breathing to return to its normal pace and length.
Just noticing that easy breath coming in and out of your body.
Focusing on the rise and fall of your chest and your belly.
Just focus on pushing that belly up as you inhale.
And flatten as you release.
Your breath is coming in and out of you so easy and free and loving.
As we just take a moment to notice how it feels for that breath to enter our nose.
And go back out.
Just knowing in this moment you have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do.
You are weightless and light in a space where there is no right or wrong or good or bad.
And all of the emotions we arrived to this meditation with and all of our perceived pressures from our day,
They just all release with each breath.
Focusing on the rise and fall of our chest and our belly.
And that breath coming in and out.
Zooming out for a moment and just focusing on our bodies.
Are we holding tension anywhere?
Allowing our shoulders,
Our jaw,
Our fingers and our legs to just relax.
Just to melt into the surface beneath us.
We're going to let our layers of boundaries and barriers that we've set up for ourselves just peel away in this meditation.
We're going to take this time to tap into our inner self connection.
And when thoughts or emotions or sounds from elsewhere pop up,
We just let them flow back like waves in the ocean.
As they enter,
It also wakes up.
And just gently bring your attention back to your breath and to the feeling of warmth as you continue to take your slow deep breaths.
And bring into your mind for a moment some intentions you would like to bring into your life.
Areas maybe you want to grow in or increase.
Relationships that you would like to strengthen with others,
With yourself,
With money,
With love.
All of these things are interconnected.
And to receive these intentions into your life,
We need to make space for them to happen.
So thinking about what are you ready to make space for?
What are you ready to let go of?
Just allowing those to pop into your mind for a moment.
And those intentions that you would really like,
Just allowing to sink into yourself for a moment.
And repeating after me in your mind,
I am open to abundance.
I am ready to receive.
I am open to abundance.
I am ready to receive.
Knowing whatever you feel on your heart,
Whatever has come to your mind,
Is already yours.
I am open to abundance.
I am ready to receive.
As we take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And then really let it go.
Giving ourself a moment to allow our bodies to fall into a deeper state of relaxation.
To form a deeper connection with our inner self.
We bring our attention to our feet.
Just allowing our feet to completely relax.
Our ankles,
Our shins,
And our calves.
Letting tension flow from this area of our body.
Into our knees,
Both the front and the back.
Our thighs and our hamstrings.
Up through our glutes and into our hips.
Just allowing our legs to feel light.
Feel weightless.
Be pain-free.
Through our lower back and around into our bellies.
Just releasing and letting go.
Moving up through our stomach and into our chest.
Our heart center.
Around to our backs.
All the way through our spine.
And up into our shoulders.
We just allow any tension,
Any emotion,
To just melt from us and into the floor.
Allowing those shoulders to feel relaxed and dropped.
As we move down through our arms,
Our elbows and our forearms,
Our wrists and our hands,
And landing in our fingertips.
Our arms completely relaxed now.
Also feeling weightless and light.
Through our neck and our throats.
Those beautiful relaxed jobs.
Through your face and ears.
Forehead and top of your head.
Your full body just feeling more relaxed.
More calm.
More at peace.
Just allowing that feeling to completely saturate us.
Allowing ourselves to connect in.
To our bodies and to our breathing.
Continuing to focus on that breath coming in and out.
And staying in this space for a few moments to enjoy.
As thoughts and sounds come in,
Remember those ocean waves and allow them to leave.
And just stay focused on that breath coming in and out.
And you will hear my voice again in just a few minutes.
Starting to bring some awareness now back into this moment.
In this room.
Your body.
Reminding you that whatever you need,
Whenever you need it,
It's already inside of you.
Just tapping into it.
When you surrender to the flow,
Magic happens.
Repeating after me silently and lovingly to yourself.
I am loved.
I belong.
I am seen.
I am heard.
I am loved.
I am safe.
And one more time.
I am loved.

You can start now to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Begin to really notice the room around you.
As your body feels ready,
You can start to shift and move.
Rolling to one side.
Or however you want to come back into this moment.
When your body feels ready,
Return to a seated position.
Or just begin to open your eyes.
