I am certified Zen Coach helping people to learn how to build a steady meditation practice. I use breath focused meditation to train the ability to focus. This helps me to be aware in the moment and to do the work i want to do without being distracted. I studied industrial design engeneering, this helps me to build a bridge between meditation and sience. With Habits at Work I coach people that want to change their behaviour. Behavioural change can become easy if you use simple basic routines.
