Welcome,
Beautiful souls,
To this meditation with Soda Light Crystal and Cypress Essential Oil.
So close your eyes now and allow the outside world to begin drifting further and further away.
Let your shoulders soften,
Let the jaw unclench,
Let the nervous system know that for this moment there is nowhere to rush to,
Nothing to solve,
Nothing to hold together,
Only this journey,
Only this breath.
Only this sacred pause between worlds.
And as you breathe in slowly,
Imagine the cool,
Calming scent of cypress beginning to surround you gently.
Not overpowering,
Not sharp,
Just soft sacred forest air moving quietly through your spirit,
Earthy,
Ancient,
Still.
And somewhere within that cool green fragrance,
The deep midnight energy of Soda Light begins to awaken too.
Like moonlight slowly reflecting across dark sacred water.
You are safe here,
Completely safe here.
And with every breath your body grows heavier,
Calmer,
Quieter.
As though the noise of the world is slowly loosening its grip around you.
The thoughts begin slowly,
The mental chatter softens,
The endless internal conversations become quieter and quieter,
Until they almost sound distant now,
Like echoes disappearing down long stone corridors.
And ahead of you a path begins appearing,
A long ancient pathway made of deep blue stone illuminated by silver moonlight.
Tall cypress trees line both sides of the path,
Their branches swaying gently in cool night air.
They stand like ancient guardians,
Silent witnesses,
Protectors of sacred truths.
And as you begin walking this pathway,
Barefoot beneath the moonlight sky,
You realize something strange.
You are not carrying the same heaviness here,
The invisible emotional weight you normally hold so tightly feels lighter already.
The body softer,
The mind quieter,
The spirit less crowded.
And maybe,
Just perhaps your soul has been waiting for this stillness for a very long time.
And the further you walk,
The quieter the world becomes,
Until eventually all you can hear is the soft movement of the branches,
The distant night birds,
The water somewhere ahead,
Your own breathing becoming slower and calmer.
And the path slowly opens into a vast hidden forest sanctuary.
Oh,
And this place feels ancient,
Sacred,
Timeless.
And in the center lies an enormous dark reflective pool,
Surrounded by blue crystals glowing softly beneath the moonlight.
Huge pieces of sodalite rise from the earth around the water like sacred pillars,
Their deep royal blues streaked with white like stars trapped inside stone.
Cypress trees encircle the sanctuary protectively,
And the air itself feels alive with stillness.
Not empty stillness,
Living stillness,
The kind that allows truth to finally rise gently to the surface.
And you move closer to the water now,
And immediately you notice something extraordinary.
The surface of this sacred pool does not reflect your appearance,
It reflects your energy,
Your spirit,
Your truth beneath all the masks and noise and exhaustion.
And for a moment,
You hesitate.
Because perhaps it has been a very long time since you truly looked at yourself beneath survival mode,
Beneath responsibility,
Beneath emotional armor.
But the sanctuary,
This sanctuary feels so safe.
And the cypress trees hold the space gently around you.
The sodalite glows softly beneath moonlight,
Like ancient wisdom whispering,
You are safe to see clearly now.
And slowly you kneel beside the water.
And as you gaze into the pool,
You begin noticing layers of yourself appearing softly within it.
The tired self,
The overwhelmed self,
The version of you that kept carrying everything silently.
The version of you that became so mentally busy trying to hold life together that you forgot what in a quiet even felt like.
And instead of judgment,
You feel compassion,
Deep,
Deep compassion.
The kind that softens something ancient inside the heart.
The pool begins gently rippling now,
And with every ripple,
Thoughts begin dissolving from your mind like mist lifting from water.
Old worries,
Old overthinking,
Old emotional noise,
Old fears of getting things wrong,
All slowly loosening.
And the sodalite around the sanctuary glows brighter now.
And you realize this crystal is not removing your thoughts,
It is helping you hear what exists beneath them.
Your intuition,
Your knowing,
Your soul's quiet voice.
And suddenly the silence no longer feels empty,
It feels intelligent,
Sacred,
Alive.
And from somewhere within the cypress trees,
Soft lantern lights begin appearing between the branches.
One by one,
They illuminate a hidden path leading deeper into the sanctuary forest.
Your spirit already knows this path.
You rise slowly and begin following the glowing lanterns deeper between the trees.
And the air smells rich with cypress now.
Cool earth,
Ancient bark,
Night air after rain.
And as you walk,
The trees seem to absorb things directly from your energy field.
Grief,
Fear,
Mental exhaustion,
Emotional bracing.
The need to constantly stay strong.
And you do not have to force release.
The forest removes heaviness simply because you are finally no longer gripping it so tightly.
And honestly,
Perhaps this is what healing truly feels like sometimes.
Not dramatic thought breakthroughs.
Simply allowing yourself to stop carrying everything alone.
The pathway eventually opens into another clearing.
But this one feels different,
Warmer.
And at the center burns a silver blue fire surrounded by enormous ancient sodalite stones arranged in a sacred circle.
And around the fire sits hooded figures woven from moonlight and forest shadows.
Not frightening,
Wise,
Ancient soul keepers.
They gesture silently for you to join them.
And as you sit beside the fire,
One of the figures places a glowing piece of sodalite into your hands.
The crystal feels cool at first and suddenly warm,
Alive.
And the moment your fingers close around it,
Memories begin surfacing softly.
Not traumatic memories,
Soul memories.
The parts of yourself you abandoned while trying to survive.
The creative self.
The soft self.
The intuitive self.
The truthful self.
The self who knew things deeply before the world became too loud.
And yes,
Tears may rise here.
Gentle,
Sacred tears.
Because the soul recognizes itself again.
The cypress smoke curls upward around the fire now.
Moving like sacred prayers through the night air.
And one of the figures finally speaks softly.
Your spirit was never lost.
Only buried beneath noise.
The words move through every layer of your being.
And suddenly you realize how exhausted you became trying to think your way through life instead of listening inwardly.
How much emotional energy was spent trying to hold everything together perfectly.
How disconnected you became from your own inner rhythm.
The fire begins glowing brighter now.
Illuminating the entire clearing and shimmering blue and silver light.
And the figures slowly begin rising one by one.
Placing their hands over their hearts before disappearing back into the cypress forest.
Leaving only you,
The fire,
The crystal in your hands.
And an overwhelming sense of inner stillness.
Not emptiness,
Peace,
Deep,
Peaceful,
Calm.
And as you sit there,
The soda light in your hands begins pulsing softly with light.
Sending calming waves through your body.
Through your mind.
Through the nervous system.
Through the heart.
And for the first time in a very long time,
There is no urgency inside you.
No rushing,
No proving,
No bracing,
Only presence.
The sacred pool from earlier now reappears before you silently.
But this time the reflection has changed.
Your energy looks clearer now,
Softer,
Lighter,
More connected.
And the water whispers gently to you that truth arrives naturally when the spirit finally becomes quiet enough to hear it.
Stay here for a few moments my loves.
Breathing in the cypress forest.
Feeling the cool,
Sacred wisdom of soda light surrounding you.
Allowing every part of your spirit to absorb this stillness deeply.
And when your soul feels ready,
Begin slowly following the moonlit path back through the ancient trees.
Lanterns glowing softly beside you.
The cool night air moving gently across your skin.
The scent of cypress grounding you steadily back into your body.
And notice now,
You are not returning as exactly the same version of yourself that entered this sanctuary.
Something has relaxed,
Something has unclenched,
Something has remembered its own inner voice again.
And as the path slowly brings you back toward waking awareness,
Carry this sacred stillness with you.
Carry this calm.
Carry this softened breath.
Carry this remembrance that your soul has always known the way beneath the noise.
And when you are ready,
Slowly begin wiggling the fingers and the toes.
Breathing gently back into the room around you.
But bring the forest back with you.
Bring the moonlight back with you.
Bring the wisdom back with you.
Because part of you will always know the way to this sanctuary now.
Namaste
